Quality Inn Yakima near State Fair Park

We were broke down for 7 weeks with our tractor trailer
They were so good to us.
We enjoyed talking to everyone made our day go by faster better. Everyone that works there was great the room was very nice and clean . Its been 3 years ago but seems like yesterday.

Very good for the price. It's an older property but with new updates. A full bathroom reno. "Hardwood" floors were a nice surprise. Not the best room in town but you'll be hard pressed to find one better for $80. Staff was friendly and masked. It's my new place to stay in Yakima.

Called ahead booked a room with the help of Awesome Staff and the Owners of the Inn itself Mr&Mrs. The room was clean and had a good time. Only downfall was how far away from the stairs my room was. 😂 best service I have seen even from hotels in my hometown! Will be going back soon hopefully.

I come here every once a month for about a week to visit family and friends and the people here are super sweet and welcoming. The manager is always one step ahead and will accommodate you to whatever you need. Rooms are nice and cozy, i never have a problem sleeping here or be disturbed by any other guests around me. As for pricing, this hotel is one of the best deals you will find compared to the other high end hotels in the area. I cant compare their service to any other hotels that i have been to in Yakima. They are just wonderful and the staff are on point. I would recommend 100% to anyone that is looking for a hotel that is affordable, comfortable, and with spectacular service!

Ok, so we booked 12 rooms for a church group that would be there for the weekend. We got a great rate, which for 12 rooms that was important. Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, linen smelled fresh, the mattresses we do comfortable! The staff was wonderful! Very professional and attentive! Breakfast was very good too! The young lady atttnding breakfast items was so nice. Anyways, great stay, great experience! Will definitely return next time!!

A little ways off the road main, but easy enough to find with the navigator on my phone. My son and I were on a LONG road trip, 4300 miles in five days, most nights we just slept for a few hours in the vehicle. Fast check in and out, comfy beds, nicely furnished clean room, good hot free breakfast and coffee in the morning, back on the road all recharged. I think the WiFi was free so we checked emails etc and mapped out the next day's travel with no data charges on our phones. Friendly staff. We had a long trailer behind the van, the staff had a great suggestion for parking, which was easy and close to the room. Great experience.

Friendly customer service at front desk, we came back for a second day after moving a uhaul and the front desk gave us the same rate as the day before even though it was more expensive that day. They have clean rooms with microwaves and fridges. The breakfast in the morning has sausage, eggs and waffles as well as cereal, bagels and baked goods. Also good selection of juices, coffees and teas! They were great!

I’ve was sent out to Yakima for a near 3 month project and they had me stay here. I have to say that this establishment has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Overall the manager known as G has been nothing but kind and I know that he really does all that he can to help. The other staff members have also been kind always smiling and helpful for whenever I needed help be it amenities or booking information. If you plan on staying in Yakima for a fair price in a nice location then I would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel was so accommodating. We were visiting family in the area and this hotel was a quick drive to Selah and downtown Yakima. It’s near shopping malls and a great Starbucks! We needed up needing to make a quick change of plans a keep our pet in the hotel and they worked with us and we’re completely understanding.

This place is great. Desk staff is killing it, very accommodating. The room was great, the recommendations on where to go were great. I've stayed at A LOT of hotels, this is the only one I've gone out of my way to review.

Among the motels with weekly payment options available in the neighborhood the Yakima Quality Inn is an excellent oasis. The parking lot had room for several semis workout difficulty, the reception was beautiful and the room was very clean, neat, and in great condition. The pool and hot tub courtyard is completely interior facing so there is no Street noise or people. The breakfast had all the necessary elements, (carbs, protein, dairy, and fruit) and the staff grabbed the sauces I requested as soon as I had asked. The wifi us not wandering and the waffle irons beep when the waffles are more "fluffy"than"crispy"

A very good value! Comfy bed, clean room, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Breakfast offered up many options for a great morning meal, the breakfast area was very clean and the food was kept fresh and nicely presented.

The room was clean and furnishings updated. Gee welcomed us with a smile and went out of his way to give us everything we needed. He even made it us a fresh cup of coffee.
We will be back again.

Clean room. Friendly and courteous checkin. Reasonable rates. Never heard anything through the walls (and there were teenage girls on both sides of us). Stone's throw from mall, Shari's restaurant (good place to eat), and gas station.

Jack Jack Jack at the front desk is the most awesome asset this hotel has!!!!!! I needed a room for one of my drivers while the whole state of WA seems to be booked up and his courtesy and helpfulness kept my driver off the street while his big rig was towed into the shop. A great big thank you from me, my driver and Swift Transportation!!!

Ive been working a farm close by but i live in Seattle. So needless to say ive been staying here off and on for the last 8 weeks or so. Other hotels/motels/inns ive stayed out here in Yakima have been really low quality or way over priced. This establishment has allways been CLEAN, ACESSABLE AND IT PROVIDES SOME AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Elisibeth, at the front desk is allways helpful. Shes allways smiling. And she goes above and beyond to make sure the company i work with gets great service. Her Customer Service is breath of fresh air in comparison to the other places we have stayed at.

The Quality Inn in Yakima is the only place we wanna stay out here. Thank you!

Great Stay in Yakima
This Quality Inn has a good location, is clean and quiet. Good service. Walking distance to a Sheri's and Denny's and Sea Galley and Panera. Definitely will come again 😊

The website I used to book my room messed up the reservation, but the management went way above what I would have expected to make it right. I felt that they really cared about me and my experience with their hotel.

I been coming here for 4 years, they recently added new mattress and they feel so soft. Also great staff here. They also have great breakfast here to.
