This is the second time we have used Sands to get a new Jeep. 2 years ago for my wife and this time for me. Yet again, another great experience. The process of getting a new vehicle can be frustrating and stressful but everyone made it very easy! Derek was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond! Glad they got us in a 4xe that has everything I need and at the right price. We will 100% return and look forward to have it serviced there with Amy as she has been great as well!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sands this past weekend. My sales person was Emily Lopez and she was amazing. I have never before had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle until I worked with Emily. My wife and I purchased a 2023 Jeep Cherokee and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised with how the whole process went. I felt I was given a good price on the new car and was given a fair amount for my trade. Joe was our salesman and we found him to be friendly, helpful and responsive. There were no pressure tactics. I've purchased many new cars over the years and this was about as problem free of an experience as I've ever had. Even completing the paperwork went off without a hitch. I'd highly recommend Sands Jeep.

If I could give 10 stars I would. But only for the experience with Emily Lopez and the purchase of my New Gladiator. Emily is a true asset to the company. I actually told her my purchase would never have happened without her. I stopped at Sands in June to purchase a Gladiator. They did not have the color or model I wanted. The salesperson said he could try to find me one. I even heard from a manager saying they could find me one. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I stopped back down there and talked to another salesperson who said the same thing. He completely ghosted me. I never heard a thing back from either of them. It looked like my Gladiator purchase was not meant to be.
Until....I got an email from Emily on Tues 19th asking me if she could call me about what exactly I wanted. I kinda laughed at first.. I told her about my previous experience. Well she didn't disappoint. She found me exactly what I was looking for in about an hour. She actually went and picked it up for me to make sure it was perfect. We chatted through texting and a few phone calls. It was painless while still getting my work done. She made the buying process so easy. I never experienced something like this. She deserves a medal. Everything we talked about was done exactly like she said. I never even met Emily until minutes before I took delivery on Sat. 24th, It was like I knew her forever. She was so inviting when we walked into the dealership. Everything went so smooth. The Gladiator was exactly what she told me with no surprises. If you are looking for any new or used Chrysler , Jeep , or Ram product you must go see Emily. She is a 10 star salesperson. Go see for yourself !! You won't be dissatisfied..

I was pleasantly surprised that I drove away that same day although I was just going to shop around. They really made me feel at home.

I have yet to find a dealership with this kind of service! Emily Lopez made the process great. I don't think I have ever had such a great experience buying a car.
