I enlisted the counsel of Michael J. Meginniss to acquire zoning variances for two separate residential properties for my client in Bensalem and Bristol Townships. Mike has been a wealth of knowledge and a shining torch in our seemingly hopeless situations with acquiring variances. He and his fellow attorney Bryce H. McGuigan, who made a beautiful presentation at the zoning hearing board for Bristol Township, made the process so easy due to their good professional relationships with the hearing boards. Mike is a powerhouse attorney in Bensalem Township as well as other neighboring townships. I am so glad we found the right person to represent us as he handles the majority of the variance applications for Bensalem. We would hire them again for any future zoning issues or building developments in Bucks County, PA.
