Kevin Downey - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife had a fender bender while I was in the hospital talk about feeling helpless I couldn't do a thing but call my insurance agent Kevin Downey of state farm Insurance went to my house took my car to the body shop and handled most of all information body shop needed. Now that's just part of what my insurance agent did and he didn't stop there I would recommend this man and this i nsurance company anyday.

Kevin is by far the best agent we've ever had. His service goes above and beyond anything you would expect. Plus he's a great resource for things you need in the area. His assistant, Shelly, is easy to work with and follows Kevin's model.

I work for Kevin Downey, and the one star review is not factual in the slightest. Mr. Brantner did not leave a forwarding address nor an updated phone number with the office when he moved. Multiple attempts to contact were made and we were unable to get any response. We attempt to get in contact with any client in threat of cancellation a number of times by mail, phone and email to let them know the status of their policies. This is a great company to be insured with, and to work for. Kevin always has his door open for any questions or concerns that arise.

I was with State Farm for the 10 years while I was in Georgia and after a tragedy occurred in the family, they were there ro help us through the entire process. When we relocate to Washington State I immediately reconnected with State Farm. State Farm has come to my aid after 3 separate issues since relocating to Washington even to resolve issues and disputes between other insurance companies. I now have full umbrella coverage under them. Kevin Downey has also become a good personal friend as well and true trusted friends are few and far between. I highly recommend Kevin Downey as not only your personal insurance agent, but as a true and trusted friend as well. As everyone knows, you can never have enough friends.

Called for a quote and the guy that answered made me feel very unimportant. He was dialing out as I was calling and said he'd call me back in 10 minutes. About an hour later I called and he reminded me that he was calling out before I called. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Chose not to go with them.

I went to this agent to renew a policy for my 82 y/o father. We entered the building, there was a reception counter there, so we waited. I must have scuffled my feet, because Kevin yelled at us from a back room. He was incredibly rude, and inferred that it was our fault for adhering to the signs and not just wandering through the building. He is a complete jerk, and I would never do business with an ill-tempered little twerp like him.

I purchased 6 months of insurance with Kevin's office back in February 6th 2017 after six months of thinking I was insured they cancelled the policy without notifying me doing so. They said they tryed getting a hold of me that never happened. I've been trying to get my money back from them so I can go somewhere else to get insurance with . It's 7 months later and I still don't have my money. I will not ever consider or recommend this to anyone. Thanks State farm here is something you need to know I am going to insure my home and car with someone else that really knows how to communicate with there clients.
