I can't say enough about Colleen and the Better homes and Gardens team. I had a very complicated sale. Colleen was crucial in holding the deal together and was actively engaged in the entire process. These guys are not your typical agents that just put your listing on the MLS and wait for it to sell. I used Steve (and Jessica) for the purchase of our new build home. The process is long and detailed when you are buying a new build that has a lot of moving parts to it. If something was going wrong, Steve would make it right and not all agents go that extra extra extra mile for you. Steve defiantly did!
