McDonald's

I live right next to the McDonald's on Harrison, but we fight traffic to go to the one on Cooperpoint. That says a lot for someone to say that they go out of their way, risking their food being cool by the time they get home.
Juicer burgers, hot flavorful French fries, they check the order before they hand it out, the employees seem like they enjoy their jobs.
Never in two years have we been disappointed.

Great people and manager. I had a last minute accommodation and thought they were gonna be upset but they they promptly helped me out even do them being slammed.

Drive thru was packed but kept moving nicely

What can one say about the golden arches? The worlds most reliable hamburgers? The worlds best fries? A solid chicken sando? THE FISH FILET? Its all good and pure of heart and sometimes the teens who work the drivethrough are fun. Sometimes they're woke, but they'll get over it with age and experience.

I saw the blue angles the day I ate at this mcdondals.

Went through drive thru. Made it through in great time less than a minute wait for a decent sized order. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Daughter got a cone and I got the new chocolate pretzel mcflurry. Both were tasty and looked just like the commercial. Of course my daughter wore just as much ice cream on her face and hands as she ate. Special thanks to Angela who went above and beyond by checking to see if the women's restroom was empty so I could have a proper place to clean up my princess. The entire place was clean and we had our treats in about 90 seconds after ordering. Thanks for being part of our daddy daughter Friday kick off!

Pulled over to catch a quick bite after a day trip on my motorcycle. Store was clean, parking lot was clean. Ordered through the kiosk. Quarter pounder small meal took about 5 minutes to complete, they were pretty busy on the drive thru side, but it was correct and fresh. It's been a minute since any McDonalds has given me perfect fries and this store did it. Every last one was on point.

Awesome staff! We pulled into Shelton at 9:00 and the restaurant across the street had just closed. It was my first time back in over twenty years, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were awesome, or group was large (13 people), they got us our food fast, and it was great. The value menu was great for the kids ($4.00 for all you can eat pancakes). Great job!

This òne is well taken care of. Owner of this place takes care of the grounds putting flowers and such to make attractive. The meal was good including HOT fries every time.

This particular McDonald's is always a good experience when I go there. They're fast efficient. Get orders right 99% of the time in my experience. And the one time they didn't they made up for it. I got fries from a Tumwater McDonald's and they were soggy and I was already on the west side when I started eating it and they let me exchange them for fresh crispy fries. Very generous

Food comes out hot and fast. Drive thru busy but they sure do get people through fast! If you see 10 cars in line ahead of you don't worry, it'll only take 10 or 15 minutes to get a delicious meal 🤤

I’m a employee at this place and we have turned this store into something great. We have our best staff and if you have any complaints or suggestions please never hesitate to call our store. We strive to be one of the best Mc Donald’s stores in Olympia. We treat our costumers like family. I’ve been working here for a long time so I encourage everyone to ask questions and suggest how we can better serve you as a costumer and the city of Olympia. If there is a issues we will address it and try to make it better. 😃

Went through the drive through and I gotta say Gregory had a solid and upbeat energy I did not expect from a drive through. Loved it.

The three window system is almost to fast. ordering is quick. Pay window. Breeze right through. Fumbling trying to get change/charge card back to iinto wallet and they're already handing my order to me.wait a minute! I still have to clear my cup holders of my morning beverages! Dang you guys slow down!

Guess I wasn't prepared.

I was using the McDonald's app and somehow the number did not display, but the employee was quick on her feet and honored the deal I had, by manual input and I didn't have to wait long at all for that. I really appreciated it as I was not sure what else I could do, but grateful for someone taking care of it rather than not knowing how to help a customer out :)

Food was fresh and hot. Had to wait a bit longer cause of the fries and the quarter pounders are fresh not frozen so they take a bit longer. Worth it.

Always hot food and the night staff is super nice and made for a great experience. Thank you. Fast and accurate. Eat here and you will Never have missing food or wrong order or no ketsup in the bag. Great job!! A must if you like fresh hot food late at night.

Good food, service was good. One of the workers (I think manager) was very professional and friendly and had made us feel welcomed.

As far as McDonald's go this one is just like any other. I have not been inside the store but i have been through the drive through many times at varying times of day. The food is made well and to order, i haven't encountered any issues with this location, conveniently right off the highway.
