Though this was an age-related diagnostic type of visit and nothing truly serious, I was still concerned about my choice of this office and Dr. Altman. I could not be happier with my choice. Excellent office and Dr. Altman was great. Answered all questions and gave great explanations. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Altman is a kind and caring doctor. He has always treats me with respect. I known Dr. Altman for approximately 15 yrs. He treats my husband also.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I also wish my Dad was still alive today. If you read this, please find another doctor. If your Dad, husband, brother, friend, or anyone you know sees Dr. Altman, please encourage them to find a new urologist. At least ask questions. If you're having a TURP procedure, go get a second opinion first. Make sure they are checking you for prostate cancer and definitely don't have 2 TURPs procedures without checking if you have prostate cancer. Prostate cancer doesn't have to be the reason you die. It can be caught early and treated but you need the right doctor. Lastly if Dr. Altman takes a sample for a biopsy, keep calling and be proactive just in case its forgotten and your positive cancer results sit for months before you are told. If you have a daughter she would want you to do all of these things too. My Dad doesn't have that chance anymore.

I was thoroughly disappointed with Dr Altman. 2 visits for an issue. Never once did he actually examine me. Looks at test results and makes a health decision w/o an exam. “Not sure what’s wrong with you but that’s all I can do for you”. I rarely leave any negative reviews of this extent however this Dr really left me no choice.
