Angela and Rose went above and beyond for us. They were our property managers for the rental we had and handled everything quickly and respectfully. When we decided to buy they showed us multiple houses, walked us through the entire process, and made sure our needs were met. They have gone above and beyond for us and got us into the perfect home!

Angela Henderson has been my real estate agent and property manager over the last two and a half years. I've found her to be very warm honest and professional. I've had bad experience over the years being a landlord and since I've had Angela my experience as a landlord has been awesome! She's also sold one of my properties and again am very happy to have her on my side. I highly recommend Angela and her company.

We are homeowners in Yelm, WA, and when we decided to move out of state and find someone to manage our home as a rental property, we were recommended Rose & her team by many. After reaching out to her, she came out to evaluate the property and give us an estimate on how much we could expect to receive as rental income, and broke down any and all costs associated. A month later, we contacted her and were ready to list. She got the house on the market right away, and we had tenants in the day after we moved out. Everything was easy and stress free, and I would recommend My Home Group to anyone looking to rent out their home, or looking for a place to rent themselves!

If i could give 10 Stars i would. I worked with ROSE SHEPHERD and my experience was above amazing. We are a Military family and we just relocated from West Point, New York to Yelm, WA. The wait list on base is way too long and i didn't want to be stuck in a hotel on base for months with my kids and dog. Rose absolutely went out of her way to find my family a nice home for rent in a great area and even worked with us on the deposit which helped a lot with all the money we spent relocating. She has been very attentive with us and any and every question we have had. This team is amazing and i would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be renting here for about a year, then we plan on buying a house; which i will most certainly buy through Rose. I couldn't thank her enough for helping take the added stress away :)

We have had a great experience using my home group to rent a house in town. We were able to set up a viewing that worked with both mine and my husbands schedules. Once we decided on a house it only took an couple days to finalize everything as far as lease signing, payments and move in. Rose has made sure that everything has gone as quick and smooth as possible. That’s always a big help when trying to move because it’s stressful enough but everyone that we have worked with at my home group has made it easier.

I would like to say that Rose and her team have been nothing but amazing to our family. Moving last minute is always a stressful time for anyone. We were referred to Rose to rent our house out and we couldn’t have been any happier. She and her team are very knowledgeable at what they do. Every question we had it was answered quickly and professionally. She found great tenets in a timely manner and it has given my family and I the peace of mind we need especially being so far away from our home. Thank you Rose and team for the amazing work you have provided.

Worst experience of my life. Rose is the most rude woman I’ve ever come across. We’re military and after telling us we were approved and all we had to do was the final signature we sent them the deposit. After they get our money we are told via email that we’re denied and they stop answering their cell phone calls/texts. So we call the office & rose confirms that something came up on the credit (that they looked at days prior and said was fine), and that she wouldn’t work with us. We call the company we “owed”. They confirmed it was a mistake. We sent rose an email confirming payment from two years ago, we have a three way call with her and the company that made the mistake and she said she wouldn’t let us rent the house if it was on the credit report. We said we’d get it off but to give us a couple of days. She already said the house was ours and now she said if someone else applies it’ll be theirs. We had fair credit and made just enough to rent there. I think someone with better credit or more money applied so she was looking for an excuse. On top of this, they have to wait a couple business days and then mail our money back to us. We have 30 days to move out of our home at fort benning and move into a home there or we’re homeless with our animals. They have no respect for military members or anyone for that matter. People are just dollar signs to them. She initially scheduled 4 appointments for her to call and FaceTime me in the beginning of this process so I could see the house, and every time she canceled and was so rude about it. First time, “this is my only day off, I have a bbq to go to. I’m doing you a favor.” That happened twice that day. All because when she canceled I’d ask for a good time to do it. Third time SHE set the time and day and got caught up with clients and wanted to FaceTime after 10pm my time after she was hours late. Fourth time she said she could ONLY do at a specific time that I happened to be in my college class. I left class and called her at said time and she was busy again. So I call the office explaining she set times and canceled multiple times and that I needed someone reliable who could give me a time and to go out there and do it. The office manager said no problem. I call the office the next day with a question about paperwork and rose answers. Snapping at me. “Sooo apparently you called the office very upset? First of all you need to understand I’m a busy woman and you’re not my only client.”... At a later point I asked her about the company’s policies on showing up to the home. Do they give a 24 hour notice or how much of a notice because where we are gives us a 48 hour notice so I was just curious. She responds in text, “first of all, in this state we are only obligated to give you an hours notice, but we’ll do 48 hours.” Later she said that she was bending over back for us because of things I asked like them giving us notice to come to the house or notice when sending workers to the house. Again, disrespectful. Today we’ve done everything we could. Moving is stressful and this agency has made it worse. Our money is tied up with them and they just give us “That’s not my problem honey” attitudes. Apparently another red flag was us paying rent for the month of July while not living there because we wanted to lock the house in. What?. At first she kept saying “yup not a problem lots of military do this.” Now it was a red flag. Maybe the fact that I have a service dog but they don’t get a $500 non refundable deposit for him by law was the actual inconvenience. I told the manager that it felt like she was treating us unfairly because we could prove that the fee was wrongly on his credit. I called rose later to see if there’s any way she’d work with us. She tells me that she heard I told the office that she was treating us unfairly and she was just glad that she saw that side of my personality come out before she rented a house to us. Like I am the most reasonable person. They wasted our time, stressed us out, were disrespectful. Don’t go through them if you value professionalism.
