Pool Pro & Woods' Pools

So unfortunately my cousin passed away very unexpected and she had an in ground pool that needed to be taken care of. She had always used Pool Pro and was very happy with the service she always got from them. Well I have been dealing with them because I know nothing about pools and they have been super nice and helpful. I highly recommend them! They helped me turn it from looking like a pond to this.

Toni was great. Very knowledgeable. She didn't try to sell me chemicals when my old test kit was reading incorrectly. Super honest. I made the 30 min ride to them 3x last wk (for liquid chlorine and retesting) when I could have went to 2 other stores. They are worth the time.

Have used Pool Pro for years. This year they repaired caulking that was done by another company. They did a fantastic job for a fantastic price. Annette (the owner) is the most helpful person I’ve ever worked with. I used them for all supplies and service. Great company.

I have been getting my water tested and pool chemicals here for a few years. I feel that they have always diagnosed and prescribed exactly what was needed. Owning a pool does require a lot of work and patience, especially when it is 35 years old...that being said, the owner came out to look at my pool because I had some issues going on. He offered good sound advice so I could continue to enjoy my pool until I can afford refinishing. I have been very happy.

Pool Pro has been providing us excellent service over the past few years since we moved here. (Opening, closing, new safety cover, water testing and recommendations just to name a few.) Recently, they went above and beyond our expectations. Our pool pump died, which was unfortunate. Then we found out it was just 2 days out of warranty! The owner called to give me the bad news, but said she was going to personally contact the manufacturer and attempt to get them to make an exception. I don't know how, but by the next day, she had gotten us the parts, and our pump was back up and running again. We are certainly going to continue using their services and could not be more satisfied!

Best pool builder around , very high quality work. Does not try to sell you stuff you don’t need . Dave woods does most of the work himself and crew, most pool builders use lots of subs and have no clue what they are doing. We had a couple estimates and most builders just want to rip you off. I would highly recommend pool pro and Dave woods!!!

Have used Pool Pro for years to open, close, and make repairs. Just great, knowledgeable people with this company. Always very helpful, even during a dark time when the business was destroyed. Still reached out and contacted us. Owning a pool is difficult and expensive, but worth the trouble. Do not allow other's lack of knowledge when posting negative reviews dissuade you from using Pool Pro. Highly recommended.

Always helping us with checking calcium levels and informing us how much to add. Our pool is over 40 years old and was resurfaced 10+ years ago. After going to many pool places and having water tests done, pool pro was the only one to ever say anything about calcium especially when we always mentioned how holes developed in the plaster. Wish we got this advice sooner but pool pro told us our first visit.

I've purchased (and had serviced) my dolphin pool cleaner here. The team at Pool Pro is top notch and has always been free with giving and sharing information regarding pools and chemistry. I highly recommend the team at Pool Pro!
