I recently switched my insurance over to Erie Insurance (Weber Insurance) and the process was extremely easy. Erin Weber was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of insurance. She was able to fit me in to the best policies and saved me significant dollars over my previous insurance company. She also made converting over very easy, I didn’t have to do anything. My only regret is, I should of checked out Weber Insurance years ago.

Nicole was unbelievably helpful and quick to reply to all of my emails and phone calls. Even when she was out of the office, one of her associates replied to my email. Not only did Weber Insurance Agency save me money, but they made the whole experience pain-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend their services!

Nicole was extremely kind and helpful when switching insurance agencies. It was not a comfortable thing to do considering we had been with the same agent for over a decade. She took the time to answer every question we had and did an excellent job. I would recommend Nicole for all of your insurance needs.

I was with Allstate for a looong time! Erin worked on all of my policies and she was able to give me better coverage for less money and that's a win-win! Erin and everyone at the Weber agency are excellent at what they do. They put people and relationships first. We have become great friend's over the last few years and I am 100% satisfied with the Weber agency and the whole teams performance. I have to say amazing job to Carol Schweitzer at Weber Insurance for Erie Insurance. I have been with Progressive for 12 years, for multiple vehicles and boats insurance. I am closing on a house so I started shopping for Home Owners insurance. I called every company that I could possibly Google search to get the best rates for everything we own under the sun. When I looked up Erie Insurance, I noticed that Weber Insurance agency was in Cranberry so I contacted them, and am I glad that I did. This where I met Carol Schweitzer. From the first call, Carol won me over. The other insurance companies I talked to treated me like I was a pain in the butt for even calling to get rates, and said it would take a day or two to get me the quotes I was asking for. The other companies agents were almost annoyed when I asked them to see what the differences in the premium would be if I added or removed certain coverages. Carol took the time to literally explain each and every individual level, coverages included or not included, and while on the phone asked me if I would like her to make the adjustments to let me know the differences in cost. These other companies made it sound like they had to send these changes over to some far off galaxy before they could tell me. After taking up several hours of her time on the phone over multiple days, and lots of emails, Carol ended up getting us the best rates! Not only did she convert a loyal 12 year customer of Progressive over to Erie Insurance, but she got not only the Home Owners policy, but also an Umbrella Policy, an Auto Policy, and Boat Policy! All of this at a savings of $1,500 a year! Whether you are completely ignorant to the insurance, or you are an expert, Carol knows how to navigate those waters. She makes sure that you are 100% understanding of the process and will work to the best of her ability to get you the best help, advice, and scenario that is possible. Carol was able to manage my type of personality extremely well, and knew how to translate what I needed to know in a language that made complete sense to me. This is something that you would expect from a company or agent working for you, but Carol went the extra measures to help. I was the annoying client that wanted multiple cost sheet quotes, and not one time did Carol ever make me feel like I was asking too much or a pain the butt, even though I know I probably was! To anyone out there looking for the best “white glove concierge service”, you should contact Carol Schweitzer at Weber Insurance. She by far not only earned my business, but earned this review from a guy that doesn’t do reviews. If Carol is any reflection of the personnel at Weber Insurance, then they are lucky to have her and others like her.

When closing on a home, I decided to check out Erie Insurance as a lot of friends and coworkers recommended it. The Weber Agency in Cranberry Township and Justin exceeded my expectations in both their expertise and personal attention. We also switched over our autos to Erie. I highly recommend them.

Just called Weber for explanation of some mysterious pricing on our auto insurance renewal statement.
Justin took my call and promptly contacted Erie Insurance and got a response from them in less than a day with a rather complete, logical and understandable explanation of the reasons for the differences between our two vehicles. Very pleased with Justin's understanding of our issue and knowing the right people to query to get the explanation from Erie.
