We were so happy to have Diane Bureman as our realtor. She was professional, nice. helpful, super sweet, and worked hard to insure our condo sold quickly and at the listed price. Any time we had a question, Diane was easy to contact and gave us the answer we needed. We appreciated her helpful ideas. We highly recommend Diane Bureman!

As a renter, I've sought assistance from this Cranberry branch of Howard Hanna twice now. The first time, Marianne Hall did an amazing job of understanding our situation and needs. She found the perfect place for us a year and a half ago. Recently, due to changes in family size, we need a bigger place, so I went back to them and they put Marianne in touch with me again. I contact her often about possible homes that become available, and she knows what we need and investigates thoroughly. I really feel a sense of having someone on my side who knows what we are looking for. I'd certainly recommend this office and Ms. Marianne Hall to anyone who needs a realtor in the area.

Fantastic office with knowledgeable, caring staff. We've used them three times and wouldn't go with any other real estate agency.

Easily the best Howard Hanna office of them all. Best agents in the whole realtor game by far. (no bias)

I have bought and sold many houses over the years. I have never in a million years dealt with such an incompetent Sellers realtor than I ever had when I had to deal with Diane Bureman. She is a complete nightmare!! I made a full price offer on a Friday and asked for an answer within 24 hours. She didn't even present the offer to the owner for days even though she didn't have any other offers and none coming in. She told my realtor that she couldn't call the owner because he had COVID and another time we asked if she let him know that we had made an offer, she stated that she didn't want to bother him. To quote her, "I am here to slow theses buyers down and take a breath. This market is too crazy, I am making it my mission to slow this market down. They need to think before jumping into buying a home." If I didn't know what I was doing, I wouldn't have made an offer.

My realtor had to ask over and over for information we needed. It would take days and several phone calls/texts for Diane to get back to her. When she would get back to my realtor, she stated over and over that she was so busy and couldn't figure out how to get things done. She was very upset that we scheduled an 8am closing on a Friday. She said she came unprepared to the closing because she hadn't had her caffeine for the day and made a derogatory remark to my friend about what he chose to drink in the morning.

At the closing when we were all sitting around signing the paperwork, I asked her if she had the info I needed. She stated that she isn't giving up anything until her check is in her hand.

I spoke with the seller regarding the lights that were left unfinished in the basement , he sad he would have Diane reach out to the contractor. I have lived in the home for a week and I still don't have them repaired. My realtor has contacted her twice and today she said that I should use my connections to get them fixed. Yes, I realize I shouldn't have closed with them not repaired but she said she would call the contractor.

This review doesn't even scratch the surface for every unprofessional act that Diane did or didn't do.

I would advise anyone that is remotely thinking of using Diane, to steer very clear. Find a realtor that is motivated, organized and actually knows what they are doing.

We had the displeasure of working with Sue Malagise out of the Howard Hanna Cranberry office.

She sold our neighbor’s home and reached out to us as she heard we were getting ready to sell. We agreed as she seemed to be one of the top agents around.

From the get go, she was kind of pushy and talked over us but we thought maybe that was just a personality thing. However, it proceeded to get progressively worse. It seemed as though we were sort of a bother and our requests to do things such as an open house were met with hesitation. It appeared as though she didn’t want to put much effort into marketing or selling our home.

The final straw for us was when we originally received two offers and one ended up backing out so we were left with one offer. When we only had the one offer she emails us and she said she ‘forgot’ or misplaced an escalation addendum to the purchase contract. This addendum said the buyer was willing to bid over the price with another buyer to win the house. This addendum was never presented to us with the initial offer like it should have been and it directly affected the decisions we made. This neglect on her part potentially cost us thousands of dollars.

Then, while at closing, in the course of the conversation, the title company representative mentions that wire fraud is on the rise. Sue felt the need to state how she had someone trying to hack her account and the hacker was talking to a client in email. She proceeds to say “of course it had to be the most psycho client” and went on to say how this client was frustrated at the potential fraudulent person situation and they ended up calling the main office. Absolutely unprofessional to speak about another client, none the less, call them “psycho” in front of us, her existing clients.

Upon leaving the closing appointment, she walks out with the title representative as they knew eachother and completely ignored us. My husband and I sat for a minute talking about how floored we were with the whole encounter. Then, almost as an afterthought, she comes across the lot and says thanks for doing business. My husband and I told her how displeased we were and all she really said was that she appreciated our honesty.

Through out all of this there was never any sincere apology, even for her gross negligence about the escalation addendum issue. She was condescending and spoke over us constantly throughout our ordeal with her.

I would absolute recommend to anyone to stay away from Sue Malagise and take your business elsewhere.

We have an awful experience with Kathy Roberts at this office.
Kathy was ok in the beginning, but she soon became the worst realtor I've ever dealt with or heard of. She was extremely unprofessional and lacked experience that should be basic. I used her both to sell and buy a house, and I regret ever meeting her! When we were looking for a house, there were numerous times she wouldn't make herself available to show us a newly listed house. The houses would sell within the first few days, so we would never get a chance to see them. I feel like it wouldn't have taken us over a year to buy, if she was on top of her game in this aspect. She also would invite other agents and their buyers into a house we were scheduled to look at it, and not even ask if we were ok with this. It's very annoying to try to look at a house and to have strangers right next to you looking. In general she was very quick to jump to conclusions, whether it be her thinking we were going to get an offer accepted, or an offer on our house. She gave false hope way too many times, when I would think a real estate agent would know that until things actually happen, don't get your clients hopes up. She would take quite a while to respond to emails or texts when I contacted her at times, but if it was her contacting me, she would send numerous texts and calls if I didn't respond (even during my work hours)- I found this very unprofessional. In selling our house, she did an awful job on the flyers, so much so we preferred making our own. She didn't proof read them at all, there were out of place words and cut off pictures. She also lost us $2800 by telling us we were registered under her through Howard Hanna's gold program, but not actually doing it. Then she told her boss we never even discussed it, which was a complete lie. When a sale fell through on our house, she also recommended we just settle and give them half of the hand money. It was completely the buyer's fault, and we were entitled to all the hand money, which we asked for and got easily. If we would have listened to her unexperienced advice we would have lost half of that money too. I would never recommend anyone use Kathy as an agent, she is terrible and extremely stressful to deal with. Do yourself a favor, and look for a good, knowledgable realtor with years of experience.

Had a horrible experience with Jennifer Stone of the Cranberry office of Howard Hanna. She has the personality of a rock. She is difficult to deal with and lacks professionalism.
