I reached out Twinbrook when our husky was diagnosed with diabetes. We wanted to get a second opinion and we decided to stay with Twinbrook. Their care and willingness to see us quickly was remarkable. We believe Luca is getting the best possible care. Thank you Twinbrook staff for your excellent care!

Took our elderly cat to see Dr. Tuttle today and couldn't have been more impressed with the staff. I receptionist was pleasant and attentive on the phone when scheduling the appointment, I believe her name was Christina (sorry if that is wrong my memory is horrible). Liz, our technician was kind and gentle with our senior kitty who can be quite spicy at times. Dr. Tuttle was caring and compassionate when doing his exam and offering treatment to our girl. Will be bringing back the rest of our crew to see him. Best part, the prices were amazing for the quality of care we received.

They have limited services during this virus stuff and come out to get your pet - a reasonable precaution. They gave us an quick appointment because our CWD (Contract Working Dog) seemed to have injured a "dew claw," but it was okay as it turned out. As ALWAYS, terrific service with great doctor and technicians!
Amazing doctors and staff ... I have had our last three dogs cared for there and we've been very pleased. Our latest dog is a retired working dog and she gets great care. They're very good about urgent care too.
They give a military discount as well.

I started bringing my pets here because when we moved back home, Twinbrook had the prescription pet food we needed for my cat in stock and was only 20 minutes away. 15 years later I'm am still grateful we found them.
They've taken impeccable care of my fur babies over the years. This past year we had to say goodbye to our cat when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I can't thank Twinbrook enough for helping us through such a difficult time.
Too bad they don't see bunny rabbits because I'd bring him here too but we know our Sheltie couldn't be in better hands. <3

We take our cats and dogs there and I couldn’t ask for better place!! The office staff are absolutely wonderful! So kind! The vet techs are awesome and compassionate! And the Doctors are the best! We have been seeing Dr. Tuttle for our dog and he has been the absolute best. A very kind and compassionate place to bring your pets!

They did awesome! Staff was very friendly. They were able to squeeze me in for a visit for my doggie who had an injured leg when no other 15 vet offices would accept us and told us to go to the vet hospital which had long wait times or would only do appointments. They were very good with my Maggie:) They got everything done in a timely manner! Would highly recommend:)

My 11 year old is very shy. Everyone, from the time we walk in the door, to check out has always been patient, friendly. The services they provide are affordable compared to other local veterinarian’s.

Hands down AMAZING vet. About a month ago I had to make the call, us pet owners pray we never have to make. Twinbrook got us in that day so our dog was no longer suffering. The staff was absolutely amazing and SO compassionate and caring. Since moving back to the area, I WILL be using this as my fulltime vet for my other animals. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!

We have a new sick puppy and our current vet could not give us an appointment. We called Twinbrook and they were able to get us in. They were very friendly. The vet did not rush us and took her time to explain everything. We were very impressed with everyone we came in contact with. I would highly recommend. We are moving our other pets to Twinbrook. I have been taking my 13 year old dog to Twinbrook for physical therapy to help with arthritis/mobility issues. Dr. Callen and Laura did a very thorough initial evaluation, and we have been returning for water treadmill/laser therapy. Laura is very gentle and kind with my old man pup and she has given us a lot of good home therapy exercises. We are definitely seeing improvement so I would certainly recommend Twinbrook for pet therapy. All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and professional and the facility seems very clean and well maintained. I also think the pricing is very reasonable.

Twinbrooke has the best staff. Very qualified and very pleasant. They always know just what my buddy needs.

They were there for me & my pet when my regular vet was not. Had to let my fur baby Peanut cross the Rainbow Bridge & my regular vet would not let me be with him, Twinbrook was awesome!! So caring & compassionate. Dr. Davidson & assistant were great. Will be my go to vet if & when I get another fur baby. Thank you all so much.

Its very stressful when you have a furbaby that isn't feeling well and Twinbrook always takes great care of our kids. Compared to other Veterinary places we have had to use this past year one of the best things is when you call regarding test results or just have general questions the staff is so helpful and friendly. They understand the stress. The doctors are truly the best they have here. They are skilled knowledgeable and so friendly. Last but definitely not least by far the technicians are amazing. They never hesitate to be on the floor with your pets making them as comfortable as possible and to make them feel safe and loved. I can go on and on listing great things about this practice. I highly recommend Twinbrook Animal Clinic to anyone who has furbabies. Thank you Twinbrook staff for helping to take such great care of our Bella Sara most recently.

We love Twinbrook, the staff is so friendly & everyone does a great job. We had to take our Lola in for special testing & they were quick to get back to us with the results, which were good. They always are patient when we talk with them asking questions & we always leave with a good feeling that we had excellent service.

My cat, Missy, is not friendly towards people she does not know well. The veterinarians, veterinarian technicians and groomers treat her so well she doesn’t get all wound up when I take her there. That’s not to say she loves the experience, but she doesn’t seem as fussy as with other veterinarians.
For example, she hates having her nails clipped and will scratch and even bite most who try. The Twinbrook staff is able to trim her nails with relative impunity. They are even unmolested when giving her shots, checking her temperature and taking urine and fecal samples.
The staff are friendly and professional. They always have the safety and well-being of the animals foremost in their minds. They carefully explain all procedures and anything that may go wrong during the procedure(s).
I am satisfied that I have found the best veterinarians for Missy. If she had the gift of human speech I think she would agree.
The facilities are clean and modern and well designed. They even have feline boarding, which is very difficult to find in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Maybe best of all, their costs are very reasonable.

We are new to this area, so I came to Twinbrook based on online references. I was very pleased with the service they provided for Vinny my Shih Tzu, whom possibly suffered a seizure. They were very compassionate and took the time to review everything with me. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors…100% would recommend them to anyone!

Sorry for this late response. This happened a few months ago. I just moved to this area. A few months ago my Max, 14 year old German Shepherd mixed, had kidney failure. He went down fast. One day he is playing with my lab, next day he can't get up.
A neighbor gave me this office's number. I called . They took him within an hour. Had to be put down. My son was very upset! They were very caring! Even called my son the next day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My regular vet was closed for the day, and I was worried that my cat was sick. Two other clinics were unable to get us in. Twinbrook got us into an early afternoon appointment, and they were great. Dr. Davidson and her tech (unfortunately I can't remember her name) were great. They took great care of my cat (who turned out to be just fine) and me. Dr. Davidson also called the next day with bloodwork results, and had them faxed to my regular vet. I am so grateful to them for taking us for the appointment, since we are not regular clients.

This was my first time here and the visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they genuinely love helping animals. The doctor was very courteous and did a great job explaining things to me. I loved that Lin, the receptionist, didn’t want me to leave until she got the chance to say hi and meet Luna. Great job to all of the staff!!
