Cause damage and blames the homeowners. Terrible customer service. Causes homeowners a lot of money to fix their mistakes. Threaten to sue if homeowner doesn’t fix their mistake. Any way there can be better service?

The customer service at SAA "stinks." I have been a customer for over 18 years and I am disgusted how the treat their customers. I kindly asked them to waive a fee & they wouldn't even budge. Now I understand why they are rated so poorly. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them but that is the only way I could post this review.

Sent me an additional late fee after my bill was already paid. Refused to retract it even after calling to confirm that payment was received and additional bill was sent after the fact. Would not retract bill. Very aggressive billing if you accidentally miss a payment.
