I've lived here for over 4 years. Never have I had a single issue. Pay your rent on time, keep your area tidy, don't have the police at your house for DV or other objectionable behaviors and David is a great landlord. He's working hard to improve the park and keep it safe for families. I appreciate the background checks being required.

Great location, managed very well to provide a safe environment for young and old alike. Clean environment, no junk cars or cluttered sites allowed. All your shopping is within walking distance. They are doing major renovations right now. Can’t wait to see new facilities and play area. Only people that complain are the ones that don’t pay their rent or frequently break the rules. Makes it better for other tenants . Nice park

Called Manager/Owner David about getting a lot. He advised that this is a great location for my needs, nearby stores, is a safe place, a great community to live in. Was impressed with his professionalism and ability to explain what is nearby, what the park has to offer in amenities, access to freeway nearby. Explained rules and regs. I was expressed with park and will be visiting next month to finalize my decision.

The owner is all business. But after dealing with him a few times I appreciate the work he puts in to keep this place safe and clean. It’s all about your neighbors!

This is a well located place. It’s quiet and my family feels safe here.

I like it so far. It doesn't have all the issues we had at the previous community that just let anyone in.

They are a family park right in the hub of tumwater and close to schools and shopping

Honestly, the people on here complaining must not be responsible people. If you want a safe, clean community for your kids- this place is great! As a parent, I love that background checks are required for all the residents. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly and politely. If you’re the type of person who skips out on your rent, then this isn’t the place for you 😉

Honestly, my I don’t understand what everyone’s complaints are about. While he may be brusque, the owner David doesn’t waste your time. He is remarkably efficient and cares about the property and his tenants. If you simply prepare everything you need, you can expect a great experience. Lazy selfish people on here complaining when they don’t get handouts.
