This place is the real deal. I needed tires in a pinch and these guys got me in and even were able to get my vehicle in and out in two hours from when I blew a flat on 279! Dan is a great service guy to work with and can’t speak highly enough of! These guys have my business as long as I live here!

First-time experience with these folks today. They were fast and SUPER friendly and informed me of every little detail of my tire repair (had a flat). They told me what’s fixable and what wouldn’t be considered fixable - something I didn’t know. It was actually pretty educational and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you ever get in a pinch and need a tire repaired. And I want to reiterate how friendly and customer service oriented the staff was. 20/10 highly recommend.

This is my second experience with this location. Both times they have gone above and beyond to help me out. The first I had a dead battery and needed the car back urgently. They were so helpful and accommodating. Today I took my car in for an alternator check. Not only did they check that but also all of the grounding wires etc and the kicker is they told me nothing was wrong! They could have easily “found” something to correct but instead made sure everything looked good and sent me on my way. I will be back the next time I need service!

I had a nail in my tire and when I called this morning they were able to fit me in as a last appointment because I work 30 minutes away. They were super helpful! To the technician that fixed my tire, thank you for your help and time with this its much appreciated! This is my store!

Fantastic experience. Brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation and the service was excellent. Very professional staff and had clearly explained the alignment status of the vehicle prior to and after the alignment. I will be back again in the future. Thank you.

They gave me a great rate and excellent customer service. I was impressed with the price and speed at which they fixed my tires. I can't recommend them enough.

I was so impressed with all of staff there! So professional and courteous. Could hear how they talked to everyone coming through the door and on the phone. There was no tone of impatience, disregard to customer concerns or rudeness. I came just to fix a leaky tire and replace a tire stem and ended up scheduling an inspection the following week because I was so pleased with everything! Thanks guys! You were awesome!

The manager Bob is the best. He took care of me on separate visits and each time went above & beyond what I expected (which never happens these days).

Amazing work and customer service. It was my first time replacing tires, so I came into the store a bit unsure. They provided a low price, amazing tires, a perfect installation, and did a good job explaining the process to me, and answering any questions I had. My car drives significantly smoother, and the tires are just what I needed for slippery roads. I’ve had no issues after my visit whatsoever. Highly recommend! Thank you for the help! :)

The store fixed my daughter's car, repaired and checked over everything for her so that it was safe. Simply amazing - I had forgotten what it's like to get conscientious customer service , the manager provided the best service I've had in years - since at least the 80s!

After noticing a shaky steering wheel following some regular maintenance, and being told it would be over a month before my dealership could get me back in, I turned to Google and found NTB. Not only did these guys get me in immediately, they did the work quickly and efficiently. I will definitely bring my business back.

Went for a slow leak in my tire. David waited on me. He was very polite, professional and thorough. Patrick found the cause of the leak and fixed it. He was also thorough and fixed it quickly. I’m very happy with my service.

Can't say enough good things about Bob & Patrick at NTB in Cranberry. Nicest guys I think I've ever dealt with in regards to auto issues. Bob was very patient and kind in my dealing with him & took time to explain, in great detail, what was going on and what my options were. He even encouraged me to reach out to the dealer where I got the car because of the issue I was having he said they would most likely cover it, free of cost. And, they did!! I've never experienced this in dealing with automobile issues before.

Patrick was patient with me and inspected all my tires & gave a great assessment on what I should do.

No pressure from these guys at all. They will be earning all of my business going forward.

Had a question about my minivan’s brakes on the weekend. Called NTB Cranberry, they fit me in, told me what they found, and educated me about it. Had a great experience. Gave me peace of mind that my wife and kids would be safe in the minivan.

Had an oil change and tire rotation done but was pleasantly surprised when Regis the assistant manager at the cranberry store asked if I wanted to do an inspection 2 months ahead of time. Saved me a trip back! Great service!

4/18/2023 I had to have a new tire put on left front due to cords showing. Regis and Bob got us right in and took good care of us. Back on the road in 40 minutes. Thanks again guys. Very friendly on the phone and in person.

Brought my car into be inspected. Bob the manager got me in right away. They looked over my car and had me out quickly. Very friendly environment! I’ll definitely be going back!
