Great selection. Great price on the refrigerator I was looking for (better than at any other store in the area) and added a veteran’s discount. Fast professional delivery and setup. Could not have been better.

All of our appliances in the kitchen and laundry room have been purchased here. This time we had Curt as our salesman and Keith as the delivery/installation person for a wall oven . There was a potential problem with the oven fitting into the space from the previous oven but it all went very smoothly. Keith also went over all the features of the oven which was very helpful. I can’t recommend them enough! We don’t go anywhere for our appliances.

Worked with Curt at Hillmon Appliance. He helped my wife and myself determine what types of appliances would best suite our needs. Curt is very knowledgeable and was more concerned that we got the right products, than the ultimate sale. Curt provided us with the specifications and pricing for all the products we were interested in and encouraged us to take them home and make sure they were right for our space at home. The tracking information was very helpful. Knowing where the delivery truck, how many stops and where my delivery was in the order very helpful. The 2 delivery persons may have been here less than 20 minutes. Both knew what to do and they did not waste any time to get it done. They were careful moving the old refrigerator out and bringing the new refrigerator in. No mess, no fuss GREAT DELIVERY from D36:— Ariel and Gabrie.

Adam was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in the showroom. Once I made a decision, everything was quick, easy, and smooth. Guiermo was my installer, he was on time, professional, and very nice. They were super careful bringing in and removing my gas range. Cleaned up, inspected, and made sure everything was in working order. Even gave me some basic instructions. I Highly recommend this company! Five stars!

Our experience began five-star with Curt as our very helpful, knowledgable salesperson and it got even better (hard to believe!) with the delivery guys who brought the appliances to our home, Johnny and Orel. I have never had such a stellar delivery experience in my life. These two men were respectful, careful, clean, friendly, and I could not possibly be happier. Because of them, I will recommend Hillmon to everyone! Really efficient process - almost seemed too easy - visited the Cranberry location to get a washer and dryer - Ron great to work with - answered all our questions - guided in the right direction - in and out in 25 minutes - super easy as well to make a change - day of delivery was great as well - in and out - everything ready to roll - Delivery done the next day - Always use Don's for our appliances

Customer Service is a lost art, except here. It was refreshing to have the professional appearance, attitude and knowledge to help me narrow down the best choice for our appliances. I didn’t have to hunt down a person to help me, Meg was readily available, helped me start to finish and was very thorough. It made the whole process less stressful. I have never given a review testimony before but Dons appliance should be recognized for their above and beyond service.

We purchased a whole suite of appliances from Hillmon Appliance. The salesperson- Adam was very patient and great to work with. Delivery was super quick (we could have scheduled it for the next day- but we weren't ready!) we had delivery within two weeks. I really liked the ability to track where the delivery drivers were, which made scheduling the day easier and ensured we were prepared. Delivery guys were quick and friendly. Erik was awesome and helpful! Great experience all around. If you're in the market for appliances please consider purchasing from a smaller local business, rather than the "big box" stores.

The A+++ team had an enormous challenge to get my 45 year old sub zero out of a small condo hall. They were amazing!! Sean, George and Fernando deserve recognition for a job well done.

Very good experience. Delivery guys were very nice and efficient. They had to make a small repair of a water line valve and I was pleased that it didn’t delay the installation. I was kept well informed about when they would arrive.

My experience with Hillmon/Don's was great! Our 20-something fridge decided to die a slow warming death, so I went here in a rush. I knew what I wanted, and the salesperson Adam found me several in-stock options. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Delivery was set for the next day. Received several automated texts about delivery time, driver progress, etc.

Both delivery guys were very friendly to all of us. The one gentleman evenhelped me find the water shutoff for the fridge based on my guestimated location. They were in and out in about 20 minutes and told us to have a blessed 4th holiday.

Based on this first-timer's experience, I would highly recommend them ... and I will use them again for future appliance purchases.

Purchased new GE washer from Don’s Appliances in Cranberry. Received very timely delivery notifications via text prior to delivery team arrival. The delivery team was led by Johnny, who was very professional and thorough. He made sure the washer was level and started a test run prior to leaving for his next stop. I have purchased several appliances here. I needed a dryer, called and ordered and it was delivered 2 days later. Due to weather conditions had to wait an extra day. Installation and removal of old equipment.
