We had two bathroom floors and a tile shower done. The shower and one bathroom had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. The floors and showers look brand new. The technicians redid some caulking along the glass in the shower which no longer looked nice. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first requested a quote. The technicians appeared on time, were extremely neat, and worked steadily, but without rushing. The results are great. Both technicians communicated well and left clear instructions on when we could use the shower again and on the best ways to maintain the grout. Great job!

The two gentlemen from Groutsmith did a wonderful job cleaning and color sealing our grout. They were polite, communicative and detail-oriented. It’s a tedious job to use a toothbrush for 7 hours to get the color seal on! Our floor looks brand new and I will definitely use them in the future.

We had a rust-stained all white walk-in shower. We tried every cleaning agent out there and they didn't work. We were looking to re-tile when we stumbled into GroutSmith. They were able to get the tile surfaces and grout to look 95% bright white brand new as they did right after installation. You would never guess that the shower looked like it needed to be replaced a few weeks back

I have a historic home with unusual tiny pieces of floor tile...different shapes, all placed meticulously by hand at one time, long ago. A small portion near the bathtub needed repositioned correctly and grouted. Brad came and spent several hours on a small area. It looks amazing and he appreciated I was trying to preserve the history of this home, matching the new grout with the old. I would definitely recommend this company.

We also hired them to repaint the grout in a large kitchen at our last home...which made it look more up to date in an instant and helped us get top dollar for the place.

We had a tile floors in the kitchen and in a bathroom cleaned and the grout sealed. I have hated my kitchen floor since we bought the house 16 years ago. It always look dull and the grout dirty. Nothing I did to clean the kitchen floor made it look better. The grout was like concrete and I would have had to pull out the entire kitchen to replace. After GroutSmith cleaned the grout and tile, the grout was sealed with a lighter color. The floor looks great! While it is not a floor I would have chosen, I am happier than ever with the look. The bathroom turned out well also. Our experience was overall very positive with GroutSmith. I would recommend using this

I am recommending this company because when they came out to review my project they were 100% honest. I had tile and grout problems, which is in their wheelhouse, but I also had some cracks in the mortar bed/shower pan. Instead of ignoring these underlying problems and landing a nice grout restoration contract with me, they told me straight up I needed to contact a shower plan rapid specialist because there was a risk of structural issues and they did not want to do a jb that just covers up a problem that would come back later.

I don't know about you, but for me honesty is a rare and incredibly valuable commodity in contractors, and these folks are honest. I am posting this review because maybe others will like to know this.

I was so impressed with the tile shower restoration that was completed. They were easy to schedule. The price was very reasonable and the job turned out amazing! Why did we wait so long to call The Groutsmith?

Groutsmith was very responsive to emails. I was able to get an accurate estimate via photos sent through email for the work required. They did a great job cleaning and repairing the grout and caulking in our shower.

My kitchen floor had cracked and discolored grout. Some of the tiles had loose corners due to the original installation. Brad and his workers fixed the loose tile, removed the cracked grout and replaced it. The second day the grout was stained and sealed. The color is uniform. The floor looks great. A job well done.

Michelle’s team did a great job cleaning and refinishing and resealing the grout in both of my bathrooms. She was able to give me a quote in just a few days after I contacted them. Great work, I will use them again.

MY kitchen, hall, foyer, powder room grout is absolutely beautiful---as beautiful as the first day we moved into our newly built home in 1978. We also had the grout in our backsplash cleaned and repaired. Great job, too. The crew was VERY pleasant and professional. When they finished, they cleaned and removed all debris. Lastly, the price was way below what I had "guessed" it would be ( now do not go crazy and start with price hikes, ,Brad. ) Seriously, thank you for your work-before, during and after- the job. You will be HIGHLY recommended by my husband and myself in the future!

We have a 1956 ceramic tile shower in one of our bathrooms. Groutsmith Pittsburgh made it look new. They cleaned the tile, grouted where necessary and sealed everything. You can't go wrong, call them.

Joshua and Daryl from Groutsmith Pittsburgh just completed grout work in my master bath and shower, laundry room and second bathroom. Their work is outstanding. Their customer service is highly professional. I strongly recommend their company and specifically request Joshua and Daryl complete the work.

Groutsmith repaired the ceramic tile floor in my entry, hallway, kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. Although my floor is only 8 years old, the tiles were uneven and loose throughout; the grout was not a uniform color, and the grout was cracked and in some places, missing. The original floor installers did a poor job at every level. The Groutsmith employees said that it was the worst tile instillation that they had ever seen. Before I found Groutsmith, I felt that I was stuck with a terrible-looking floor that would continue to crack and crumble. However, Groutsmith assured me that they could reinforce the tiles and repair and seal the grout. (The original installers failed to seal the grout.) It was a big job considering the severity of the problems throughout a large area. Nevertheless, Groutsmith renewed my floor in one day. They were efficient, neat, friendly, talented, and thorough. My floor looks like new. The tiles are solidly adhered to the floor; the cracks and holes in the grout are gone; the grout is one color, and it is sealed. Groutsmith advised me on how to best maintain the floor as well. All of this in one day! There aren't many services that will give you a free and honest estimate, explain in detail exactly how the service works, and complete a job in an exemplary manner within a short period of time. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Brad came to show me the process and explain how they work. His 2 guys came as scheduled. Were meticulous in cleaning and staining my grout back to the original color. My floor looks like the day it was put in!! Highly recommend!

I am so happy that I followed through with an online search of THE GROUTSMITH after seeing one of the company vans while traveling on the turnpike. From start to finish, this company’s pride in its work, as well as all around professionalism, was evident.
Initially, I contacted Brad at THE GROUTSMITH’S Cranberry, Township, PA location to learn more. Within minutes of my uploading and sending photos, as well as dimensions, of both my kitchen and bathroom floors, Brad provided me with an estimate of the work to be completed. I truly appreciated Brad’s flexibility regarding this, even though the company provides FREE (the magic word) in-home estimates. Once I received the estimate, I was able to schedule for completion of the work within the upcoming week.
On the scheduled work day, Daryl and Joshua arrived promptly, and took the time to show me multiple on-floor color samples for my tile grout restoration projects in both rooms. Both men took the time to thoroughly explain the restoration process, as well as to suggest tips for maintaining the new appearance of both floors, once completed.
I was particularly impressed by their actually taking the time to restore the tile grout UNDER my refrigerator, as well as encouraging my taking a walk-through of both rooms to check for any potential imperfections in their work, so that they could remedy these on site prior to leaving. Both seemed to be sincerely customer oriented.
