I bought a house in Olympia from Ron Hill. He negotiated a great price and made sure the seller skillfully replaced the garage roof before closing as promised. Ron managed the house as a rental and wisely advised what to improve to make renters happy. He made sure the property was kept up and the renters were satisfied. If they contacted him about a burnt out lightbulb or outdated outlet he’d be right on top of it and supply me receipts.

Two years later he sold the house for us with an offer within two weeks for a nice profit and smooth closing.

We rented a house in Lacey for two years from Ron Hill. I see some negative reviews and I personally don’t understand why. He may not be the most chatty person but anytime I emailed him with an issue, he got it fixed.

Upon move out we made sure the house was in great shape. Although the two years we were living there we kept the property and inside very clean and tidy. Before we moved we cleaned everything, minus having the carpets done to which we knew he would subtract from our security deposit. We made sure the lawn was freshly mowed and all landscaping was done. It was move in ready. And 14 business days later we received our deposit back.

Ron always seemed to be a stand up guy, who may have a lot going on, but like I mentioned before everything we needed done got done and in a reasonable amount of time. There was even a time where our tub faucet broke and water continued coming out. We called Ron late at night and he called right back to help us located the water shut off valve.

I would recommend Group 7 and Ron Hill to renters.

I would give negative stars if I could. I found a rental in a great neighborhood for my family and I. I wanted some more information on the listing so I sent an email. I received an email back from Ron Hill stating to call to set up a tour. So I gave him a call to set something up. I talked to him for about a minute asking what the income requirements were and also that it would be my family and I. Then I asked to make sure that pet's were 100% accepted, like the craigslist post stated they did. I let him know that I had a registered ESA dog. Of course he asked what type of dog was she. I let him know that she's a Husky/German Shepherd. He then went to state "well I don't know about a dog, there's new carpet in there, I think i'll try and rent to someone without a dog". Can we say discrimination?!?!?! I let him know that per Fair Housing Laws he cannot deny me the right to even attempt at residing in this residence just because I have a dog. He didn't know anything about the law and told me to the I could send him something in writing. Honestly, he should know since he's in the Real Estate business. All i'm trying to do is find a place for my family and I. I don't have time to be discriminated against. If you have a dog beware and know your rights.

Lived in a home of theirs. Moved out On the 10th of June and they attempted to send me and my roommate to collections on the 20th of July for not paying the exuberant fees for replacing the carpet. Beware if you don’t pay them back after leaving within 30 days you will be sent to collections.
