As an opera singer, I care a great deal about my image and the way my hair looks for auditions and performances. I've spent a lifetime dealing with my unruly, frizzy curls, and have spent thousands of dollars on haircuts that did nothing but damage my hair. I always felt insecure about my hair and lacked the confidence that I desperately need to be able to perform well. Not only has Devyn given me the security and confidence that I need to feel most comfortable with my natural curls, but she has also taught me invaluable skills to care for my hair for the rest of my life. I feel as though I'm finally able to have the hair and confidence that I always wanted to have. I feel proud to have curly hair!

Most importantly, Devyn has always been hard-working, passionately throws herself into her work, and knows how to empathise with her clients. I’ve known Devyn for about 20 years and am not surprised that her skills and creativity as a hair designer match her tenacity, warmth, and professionalism as a person and friend. From now on, I will happily fly from London (where I currently live and work) just to have her cut my hair!

Devyn is the best!! She takes her time to really listen to what you’re looking for, look at pictures of ideas, and talks you through the process of accomplishing your hair goals. She makes sure that your entire visit is relaxing and you feel like a true guest. Devyn is amazing at her craft and such a joy to be around, I always look forward to my next visit!

Dev is amazing! Before going to her, I had gone to the same hair stylist my whole life and never walked out of the salon loving my hair...in fact, I oftentimes walked out and burst into tears because I hated it so much. I’ve gone to Devyn twice now for a cut and color and no tears, only joy! Devyn is just simply trustworthy behind the chair. I get SO nervous getting my hair done because I'm so picky and never want to not love it, but when I needed an up-do for my wedding, Devyn was the first person that came to mind and she did NOT disappoint 😍

Recently I decided to get a hair cut... I have not gotten an actual hair cut since I was 15 years old because I had a bad experience back then. Devyn invited me in to try out a new type of hair cutting skill she's learned, but after taking a look at my hair she explained why that type of cut wouldn't be the best for my hair specifically, so we changed plans a little. Normally this would have me literally sweating, but not with Devyn! I trusted her completely! So much that I even I even had her cut it just 4 hours before I was supposed to take family Christmas pictures. I SO appreciate her honesty and concern for my hair, and I am LOVING my new sassy cut! Excuse me while I'm busy doing hair flips all day 💁🏼‍♀
