Villas at Kennedy Creek Apartments

My partner and I have lived here for about 6 months now and we're already talking about renewing our lease! We love the small neighborhood feel that this complex brings. The units themselves have so much space for storage, the garage is such a bonus, and the staff are WONDERFUL! Never have questioned my safety or have been treated poorly while living here. Seriously, if you have the chance to lease here....DO IT!

We have lived in the Kennedy Creek apartment community for almost 2 years and find this area to be ideal as it’s location is close to everything . Love our apartment , we lease a 3 bedroom and the layout is very comfortable .

The staff here has been excellent . They respond to most maintenance issues the same day , and are very thoughtful . The office staff has been amazing during Covid , exceptionally helpful under stressful circumstances. We plan to renew our lease again as we are very happy here .

The Villas at Kennedy Creek is an AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE!! I have been here since 2021! Today I spoke with lovely Bethany at the Front Desk about my garage door opener being finicky..she was very patient while i relayed my concerns in a very convoluted manner🌷
Literally within 5 minutes Eric - (fantastic maintenance man )was there to assist me. He listened about the issue and promptly solved my problem!
I am so appreciative of the outstanding customer service our team at VKC provides!!

Renee and Eric are a Fantastic team!! Renee is available for all questions and promptly provides answers!! Eric is amazing and efficient with all repair requests!! He completes the repairs and leaves my home immaculate!! My dog loves him too!!

Eric the maintenance man is so Awesome!! He is efficient, kind and my dog loves him too! Recently i put in a couple of work orders and he immediately solved the issues! Eric is also Fabulous at keeping the sidewalks clear of debris even with our recent weather challenges!
Renee the property manager is Wonderful as well! She has assisted me with questions & concerns multiple times and she always has a smile! She also promptly helped me navigate with my online lease renewal a few months ago!
The new appliances and fixtures that were recently installed are lovely!

Renee is the new manager and she is wonderful, super personable and has a fabulous attention to detail. Renee responds immediately and provides a solution for every question that I have presented. Her customer service is Stellar!
Eric the maintenance lead is and he gets things done and is so kind and compassionate. He always has a smile and is willing to help. He was there promptly when a tree fell over to deal with it.
I will be signing my another lease here :)
Brandy has been amazing ever since I contacted them for leasing information. Brandy quickly responded and assisted my application and move in. I am very appreciative of all of her help!

I have really enjoyed living at this complex. The amenities are great, they are great with maintenance, and are great at communicating. Renee has been fantastic. She has been nothing short of patient and kind, despite the many questions we had. I highly recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful villa apartments with garage, club house with gym, swimming pool, party area. A nice walking lane for running, pet walks, etc. Neighbors are all awesome people, warm and welcoming. The leasing office staff is wonderful and always helpful. Any service requests are attended to promptly and diligently. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful stay around this area.

I love living here. Renee is SO sweet and helpful. Just signed another year long lease! My son loves it too!

Great place to live. If you actually read the lease before you sign, there aren't really any surprises. I knew the day I moved in that I wasn't to have pets without prior approval or I would be fined.

While I've had better in places I've owned, quality of fixtures is excellent for apartments and maintenance has been very quick to respond (same day) for any issues I've ever had.

A park like setting in a gated community with quality features for the value in this market. Vaulted ceilings give it a house like feel for music or movies on surround sound without disturbing your neighbors. Garages are quality options for fitting most vehicles comfortably with room for shop work.

The staff at Villas as Kennedy Creek are exceptional! They are always so extremely professional, helpful and responsive. Whenever I have a question, concern or need anything, they get back to me right away and always address my needs. They take amazing care of the complex and community by maintaining a beautiful, safe and clean environment for a family to live. I highly recommend Villas at Kennedy Creek.

My family of four and one dog have lived here for a couple of months and so far we love it! It definitely feels like home. The community is quiet considering the interstate being less than five minutes away along with Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, Fred Meyer, and many other retailers.

Nice-looking area first time I've ever been there to visit someone. Everything looked well kept and manicure and there was a pool there too.

Beautiful place, but Sister-in-law isn't coming here now. Beautiful place though.

I appreciate Mike, Rich, Brandy and Faith they are awesome team. Anytime you need anything they are there to help you out. They are all hard workers and they get the job done fast. We need more people like them in the world. I really do appreciate you guys.

This is by far the BEST apartment I've EVER lived in. They truly care about their residents.
