I always look forward to entering this UPS location. They are pure positive energy with every interaction. I told Allen today that I might order more things on Amazon just to return them here. Always a pleasure!

Such friendly and helpful employees! I was helped by Allen, Emily, and Chris and they were extremely professional, made sure I got all the information I needed, and clarified things wherever I had doubts. I had gone to FedEx right before I came to UPS and I left because the employees there were arrogant and rude. So I was very happy that the employees at UPS were accomodating, positive, and just seemed to really love helping people.

Fast and friendly service at a fair price! Filled out my first online flyer order and it was ready the same day. I made some mistakes when filling out my order and received a call from the store to make sure my order was correct before printing. Even though I didn't need my print order for a few days after I ordered it, I was notified that my order was ready for pickup the same day it was submitted.

I've been sending packages through this UPS store for my business. The Manager and Assistant Manager are very professional, friendly, and service oriented! I highly recommend them to send your next parcel! Many thanks!!!

Mr. Allen was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the Notary Services that UPS provides. Or at least at this particular store location. I had my documents all ready-to-go, so I only needed to show my ID, sign a few things, and my concerns were taken care of. If I ever need anything notarized again, I will definitely be going back to the Hamilton Ave location because it was quick, easy, and painless. I 100% highly recommend this store location for all of your UPS shipping, supply, and basic legal notary needs.

Hamilton Ave. UPS Store is the best in town! Manager Allen is so helpful when it comes to all of my shipping needs. As soon as I walk into the store I always get a warm greeting. I always take my packages to this location because I know I’ll get the absolute best service and I very much appreciate the effort all the employees put fourth to make it so easy to ship! Until recently I just used this store as a place to drop my Amazon returns. It is so much more and one of the best run UPS store locations I’ve encountered.

I used UPS to print out a semester long project. The staff, especially Alan, was extremely hospitable, gracious, and helpful. They were super busy at the time but still made me feel prioritized and helped to create a phenomenal end product. Couldn't recommend going anywhere else.

trying to ship packages during the holiday season is always hectic. i had an absolutely wonderful experience here today. allen was so kind and extremely helpful. he was super knowledgeable and able to fix my problem immediately!

Come here for all your print, copying and shipping needs. I was helped here by one of the kindest gentlemen ever - Chris - powers that be please give this man a raise and promotion! Everyone else is so nice and helpful as well.

Allen the Store Manager and notarizer was great. He knew what he was doing and had exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend getting documents notarized here rather than other places because of Allen who made it very easy.

The people here are so welcoming and kind. Allen helped me deal with two really heavy suitcases and I really appreciated his help. This store has great vibes and an excellent playlist.
