Relished an authentic Indian meal for dinner. The pani puri filling was awesome including the pani. Dal Makhani is our favourite and when it comes to Kadi Pakora it’s more of a test to see if the restaurant really serves you authentic Kadi Pakora and boy I wiped my plate clean with the piping hot garlic naan. Sipping on the lassi served in tall glasses was perfect blend.
The extensive menu can easily satisfy anyone’s palate.
Looking forward to the lunch buffet as recommended by many. And I can also see myself having some bhelpuri with masala chai.
Highly recommended!!!

Hidden Gem. Smaller Buffett with all of your authentic Indian cuisine favorites. Definitely worth checking out at least one!

The best restaurant in State College for the price. Traditional Indian cuisine. I’ve been to India and you can’t get any closer to the real thing.

Saturday Brunch at India Pavilion Exotic Indian Cuisine:

An extensive spread with Paalak Saag (Spinach and cottage cheese), Gobhi Kadhi (cauliflower in chickpea curry), pyaz pakora (onion fritters), chana masala (chickpea with spices), Dahi bada (yogurt and lentil fritters), Mango Milk Shake, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken and Naan.

Dessert: Gulab Jamun and kheer (Rice Pudding)

It had a nice variety and something for everyone. I liked the spinach saag the best and the chips appetizer I fixed with yogurt and multiple chutneys.

Great option if you've had enough of the meat and potatoes of State College. We had the Vegetarian Dinner for Two. Good variety of flavors. It was the just right amount of food. We were both full and no leftovers. Service is prompt and they let you eat without interruptions.

The buffet here is pretty good, I come sometimes on the weekends. You can choose various chicken entree items as well as limited vegetarian things. You can have these items with either rice or bread. The desserts are very limited. Idk if I'm qualified to talk about the quality or taste but the food tastes pretty good though and I end up having only this for breakfast and lunch. It is very reasonably priced.

Delicious!! Their buffet assortment is amazing. Great for vegetarians. Everything I had was amazing. They could turn the lights up a little during the dinner time meal, kind of dark.

Brought a bunch of dishes home to eat. My family had nothing but good things to say about the food. We’ve had our fair share of both good and bad Indian food at different places—this is at the top. Also very courteous staff. They insisted on carrying all my bags and drinks to the car for me.

This was my second trip here- and both times it was amazing. The food was amazing- the staff is so sweet and attentive. And the mango juice is to die for. 100/10 for sure!

Staff very very friendly. Very calming atmosphere very relaxing. Plenty of various items to choose from. It's a great place to go if you want to bring a new culture to your taste buds

Real authentic indian food. One of my best rated veg thali in US. This place is cozy and have excellent environment. Weeknds may be busy and service may take a while, but food is worth waiting. I was here for dinner, probably that's why it was overcrowded, and i loved it. Recommended.

Always love this place. Great service, delicious food, cute decor and fun atmosphere! The homemade ice cream is a must try and the mango lassi is to die for. :)

The food has been excellent every time we've been here with many menu choices . They always give you the option for mild , medium or hot on your order. The wait staff keeps your glass filled with water constantly and each table always has a fresh flower and a lit candle .
We look forward to our next time visiting.

Service is always fantastic and the food is delicious! This is my family's favorite place to in State College, we make a trip from Altoona about every 2 weeks just for it!
We're back here again and as always never a let down. Food is amazing and the buffet was completely delicious just being in this place makes you feel welcome. If your ever in state college please by all means come to the Indian pavilion you will not be disappointed.

Try different pooling up on menu with friends or order Thali for having all flavors to tangle your tongue.

Excellent place to try delicious Indian food. We went for buffet ($10.95). There were 2~3 types of chicken meals, and 4~5 vegetable based sides. Also, there was a bar with a lot of types of sauces, yogurts, 2 desserts, and more. A waiter refilled Indian bread (Naan) frequently.

Nice and comfortable place. Pretty, good temperature, polite service, clean restrooms, etc.

Some people are a little noisy, but I supposed that means they are enjoying the lunch. 100% recommended.
