Always friendly staff, usually knowledgeable about the products they carry. If they're not, they know who is. We buy our cell phones here and insure them through total tech. While I would say their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, they make up for this by selection and knowledge (ensuring you buy the right thing the first time), as well as device protection plans that are often useful. Their repair service is excellent, and has repaired my laptop on more than 1 occasion, extending its life.

Went in looking for a very specific TV. I approach the gentleman who was busy stocking shelves and asked where I could find it. He dropped what he was doing and quickly looked up the item I needed and said there was one left. He could not find it on the sales floor so he checked the back room. While checking the back room he got another associate to help him and they both spent 10 minutes looking for the TV. There was also a third associate looking as well. They finally found the TV on the top shelf in the back room and swiftly got it down for me. This type of customer service is amazing and hard to find. So glad I chose Best Buy for my purchase!

Best buy was great, but unfortunately they couldn't help me because I didn't want to pay 200 for fixing my laptop keyboard. The Geek Squad personale I worked with were very friendly and sympathetic. It would have been nice if my product was under warranty. I would recommend if your item is worth the pricy repair or if covered by warranty.

I am glad that tech store like Best Buy is in town! Easy buy, returns and trade-ins. Employees are friendly and helpful. Can’t start to imagine the amount of money and time I spent here 😂. Love tech, love Best Buy!

It is a perfect place for helpful advice on buying electronics. I have been here many times for questions on vacuum cleaners, phones, laptop, apple pencil and literally all other technology needs. Be it advice on what to buy or how to proceed with repairs, that have always given very sound advice and i cannot recommend them more.

I like Best Buy stores because there are great deals available and i can get curbside service. I had to travel to State College and the service was great. I waited about 5-10 minutes and out came a friendly CS staff person with my TV. We loaded up and off I went back home. I would recommend it!

Great store, always easy to return items and usually can find some decent deals if you are patient. I haven't had any problems here personally. Nice staff as well.

The staff was extremely nice. I needed to replace a broken screen protector, and the worker helped right away without a question after I showed him the receipt for the previous one. I was also shopping for several other items and had questions. Another employee helped me answer them and even did extra research to help me figure out the best item for my needs. Everyone I talked to was very kind and helpful.

Wouldn't you know Best Buy had the most speaker and soundbar displays in my area in a central location (at least that I could find right off). Was able to feel good about trying most everything at one place to ensure my choice fit my need and listening preference. And yes, I was superbly happy about it after spending a while back and forth between products, comparing sound qualities. They have many cool guy tech items like Amazon and Google voice products, car backup cameras/displays, headhones, digital glasses, etc. Was a fun visit.

Great experience, the young man I spoke to knew his business, got exactly the price we needed. Came and installed the new television and removed our old one. (no small feat)

Went to Best Buy today and had the best experience with my time there. Went to buy a new TV but the price had gone up, oh well. Then headed over to the computer section to look at the parts. Was talking with my father when a employee asked me if I had any questions or if I needed help with anything. I asked about some of the parts and his answers were accurate and on point with current computer advancements. In all, this Best Buy provides superior support and pricing to many other businesses in the area.

I had an incredible experience placing an order over the phone and was helped by someone named Raquel. They were really friendly and patient with me and helped me find an alternative printer that matched my needs when the one I originally wanted was out of stock (darn chip shortage!) Not only did they help me find an alternative that was exactly what I needed at a price that matched my budget, they also were really thoughtful and an all around wonderful human being (when they put me on hold, they asked me if I wanted hold music or not... nobody has ever asked me that before!)

I highly highly recommend any store Raquel is working at. To any best buy managers reading this right now... Raquel is a gem and I recommend promoting them as high as possible!

Bought 85 inch tv and had geek squad mount it, I am very happy with my purchase

The local best buy was open for in store shopping and I could see from the parking lot that they were doing a good job not overcrowding the store. On this occasion I actually chose to test out the curbside pickup option though. They have 8 curbside pickup parking spaces which is nice. I had loaded the mobile app to checkin for my pickup and it worked very well. Once I logged in the app automatically prompted me that I had orders ready for pickup. A couple button presses and I was checked in to pickup my order with only having to enter the pickup space number where I parked. A few minutes later an employee arrived with my pickup order and I confirmed the code displayed for my pickup code and accepted my items to complete the transaction. A few minutes later I was pulling out of the parking lot. They have adapted to the current times very well and I really appreciated the ease of using the option of curbside pickup.

I have never had a bad trip here. The staff is available but not hovering over you while in the store and very knowledgeable of their products. In the few occasions where they did not have a product I sought due to discontinuation or exclusions they usually have ideas on where to inquire to find the product outside their own business and that's a big thing to me. I tend to stay loyal to best buy because I know they wont try to push a product that they have that doesn't meet my needs if they know the right thing can be found somewhere.

I worked here for about 10 months. I really love this store! The employees and management are fantastic. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful. The guys in the auto bay are magnificent at their craft. If you have questions about auto starters, radios and speakers. Make sure you come in before 4pm and see if one is available to answer questions. There is usually at least one guru around to help you with your electronic needs. If you have any The manager and assistant manager are incredibly knowledgeable and questions about cameras, ask for Laura. Reis and Brody are amazing, and will take the time to explore solutions to your needs. If you feel your questions may not be fully understood, ask for Dea. She is amazing! The store is always clean and they have a much bigger selection and some of the most amazing customer service!
