Extra Space Storage

This location is clean, easy to navigate and safe! I especially appreciated the friendly staff on-site. Harry and his team were extremely helpful while I coordinated with my moving company to get things dropped off at the outdoor/drive-up storage units. Harry went above and beyond to make sure I had help directing the truck, helped me find my unit and made me feel comfortable while on-site. Would highly recommend this location, excellent customer service and support. Very much appreciated!

After moving to a smaller house, I needed space and time to get situated. I expected to only need a few months. A year later I was done and cleaning up the storage space. Extra Space Storage - specifically, the one in Chadds Ford, made the process easy. I didn't have much contact with anyone because I never had a problem with access or anything. This wasn't my first use of a storage space, but it was my first time at Extra Space Storage. I prefer their climate controlled units over the others I've used in the past. When I need space again, I will be back!

Outstanding customer service and follow-up! I get “Thank You” texts after every monthly payment, reminder texts, the location is pristine and, most importantly, the owner is accessible and on-site. Harry has even extended himself to help me load an awkward shaped piece of furniture into my vehicle. That is truly going above and beyond.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, perfect location, super clean and priced right. In addition the site is well maintained because Harry is always on-site. He has chosen to be available for his customers, just in case a question needs answering and to loan a tool because we forgot ours. His attitude is always positive and up beat which makes our job way easier.

Love this place! Harry the manager is awesome! I moved to California and had to store my items here for close to 3 years. The facility is very clean and Harry is extremely helpful supportive. When moving back to PA, I was able to downsize to a smaller unit and Harry, as always, was so supportive in my process. I highly recommend this place.

Just went in to rent a unit. They didn't have what I needed, but the guy there helped me find one at another store. His name is Harry and was more than satisfied with his help. Great place!

Harry at extra space storage is the best! We rented a unit all the way from Austin Texas. Harry made it super easy. When we arrived to Glen Mills/Chadds Ford to empty out our Pennsylvania home to get it ready for market, Harry had our unit cleaned and tagged with our name on it and had a lock in his office ready too. Super nice guy and very happy with the facility too. From the pavement to the bathrooms, everything is very well maintained.

Wayne did a wonderful job helping me get a new storage unit when the one I had was too small. Very friendly and personable.

Had my unit there for over a year and the service was amazing. Very accommodating and clean. Highly recommend anyone in the area to get a unit there, also in a great location so easy to get to and from there! Can’t beat it!

This was an excellent choice for storing my items. Easy access, clean, available moving carts always on hand, friendly employees. When I no longer needed to store my items it was easy to cancel. Everything went smoothly. I would use them again if I needed the service.

Harry is wonderful at the Chadds Ford Extra Space Storage. He always looked for a discount for me and was pleasant to talk to. The checkout process couldn’t have been easier. Harry told me to just clean out the unit and leave the lock off and he would do the rest. And he did! No need to travel back for paperwork.

Harry was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my storage needs. Took the time to explain and show options. Great experience!

Harry is exceptionally courteous and helpful. He made completing my reservation and move-in a breeze.
He even sent me an email with step-by-step directions from the gate to my storage unit.
The property is very clean and well kept, and Harry does regular rounds of the buildings and units to ensure everything is safe and secure.
It’s unusual to see someone consistently go above and beyond.
I’m very impressed by Extra Space Concord Pk and would recommend this facility above others I’ve used.

HARRY IS AMAZING !!!!!!! I had my stuff in storage for several years under his excellent care, and I never worried once! He is super responsible and trustworthy fellow who will do the right thing and always go the extra mile to help! There are not many people like Harry on the planet - so kind and personable, always looking out for others, and their belongings! - and I am so grateful to have had the chance to meet him and check-in with him over the years while renting my storage unit. I cannot recommend his services enough! You will be lucky to rent a storage unit from Harry! :) He is truly the best in the business!

Our small nonprofit was in need of temporary storage during a transition from one location to another. We found the staff was SUPER friendly. The manager showed me a number of different sizes of spaces to help us decide exactly what we needed. He got all of the paperwork done quickly. The space was super clean - easy to find. A great experience so far.
