Phoenix Physical Therapy

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Phoenix Physical Therapy. Alex’s knowledge, down to earth mentality and approachability to his clients is second to none. I started going to see Alex about lower back pain and within weeks I was feeling a major improvement. Within those sessions I also brought up other physical complaints that he addressed immediately with great results. He’s one of the most intuitive medical professionals I’ve met. I wouldn’t recommend any other PT from here on out!

Alex was amazing. He allowed my son to come in twice over his college winter break to have some measurements taken for his health and fitness credit. He also evaluated me for an issue I was having and spent a lot of time with me, gave me stretches to do and I did not even have to go back for another appointment.

I’ve been through several PT programs at many places around the world in my long military career and Phoenix has been the best experience by far. Samantha and her team tailored my treatment to my specific problems, personally guided me through every session, checked in & between sessions, made treatment adjustments accordingly, and ultimately got my back/hip mobility and strength back to where I could run and work out more rigorously. This is NOT a clinic that puts you on a recurring therapy schedule and forgets about until the end of the hour. Samantha is great about making each session dynamic, with a mix of manual treatment techniques and traditional exercises. Plus, everyone there is super friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know you. I can’t thank Samantha and the Phoenix family enough!

Sammy is one of the best Physical Therapist I have known and I have been to quite a few therapists over the years. She is patient, kind, caring and creative. She is gentle but firm when needs to be. She has created such a welcoming atmosphere at the Carlisle office that makes it easy and worry-free to come into. I highly recommend Sammy and her staff at Phoenix Physical Therapy - Carlisle. You are in great hands there!!

It has been an absolute joy working with Sam at Phoenix professionally. She exudes passion and excitement for what she does- and as we all know, you don't find this at every business. She cares for her clients on a personal level and is consistently devoted to doing everything in her power to help them. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and personable and a trustworthy colleague, Physical Therapist, and friend.

I went to Phoenix right after my shoulder surgery. Their location was convenient and they could work with my schedule. Samantha was my PT and she was excellent. Her dedication and enthusiasm to her profession was clearly evident. I''ll always recommend Phoenix and Sammy! She got me back on track in record time!

Very clean facility. Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and caring. You always hear you should campaign for your own healthy however, they are also in your corner helping to get you exactly what you need. They are very organized, and take the time and effort to learn more about you. I highly recommend.

Sammy is an amazing therapist, and she helped me be able to walk again and be confident again in walking on my own. She made sure I was able to be up and moving on my own in time for my son to be born. Everyone at Phoenix physical therapy is extremely nice and personal. I feel great going in there for my appointments and they make sure to create a safe and friendly environment where you can just focus on your recovery. I would recommend phoenix physical therapy to anyone and everyone who's looking for exceptional care from exceptional people.

Good PT did exceptionally great job. They were always knowledgeable when I had questions, gave me a kick in pants when I was slacking and understanding when life would happen. They are very relaxed during sessions and are willing to listen to your stories about your life. I'm not quite done my therapy yet but when I am it will be bitter sweet. I am enjoying my time with this team of professionals. 5 stars is not enough to rate these amazing people for their work.

Cannot say enough positive about Doug and my experience at Phoenix rehab. I previously saw Doug at a location that was 4 miles from my house. Even though his new location is now a 30 minute drive for me, it’s worth it. I know from my previous experience with him that he represents the best opportunity to resolve my issue. He’s knowledgeable, professional and personable. He has vast PT experience and he always provides great insight and suggestions. Best PT experience I’ve ever had. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Sammy really helped me get my hip pain under control. It had been bothering me for months and after a couple weeks I was back to normal! She was so kind and empathetic to the pain I was having and I felt that she was really listening to me and how I was feeling. I highly recommend getting physical therapy at Phoenix in Carlisle!
