I have worked twice with Jones' plumbing in the past year. They did an excellent job on both calls! The scheduling receptionist was very responsive, and the technicians were on time. Communication was easy via email and over the phone. Both technican's were respectful of my home and my children, and used their time efficiently. The technician Kevin did an excellent job installing my new water heater! They have fair pricing, are professional, and do what they say they are going to do.

I normally have a specific company I go to for plumbing needs, but I couldn't get ahold of them and was panicking as my only toilet wouldn't flush correctly. I knew of Jones from my full time job, and gave them a call. They answer the phone right away, they checked the schedule and were honest with me that they may not be able to get to me today but they would try. Not long after they said they had a guy coming out to me. I was over the moon with their service and the quick response. The price of services was actually less than I expected for the quick turn around!

My water heater gave out. Called Jones Plumbing at 4 pm and they were at my house by 10 the next morning. Job was done in about 2 hours. I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years and they have always delivered for me. Highly recommended.

Our well pressure tank stopped working and I called Jones Plumbing after a quick Google search. I spoke with the office at 9 AM and they were able to send a technician out by 10 AM! Within 3 hours they replaced the whole system. The service was quick, professional, and a reasonable price. Ed was personable and I’m so impressed with his efficiency. We will absolutely use their service in the future and recommend to all of our local friends and neighbors.

Excellent service! I highly recommend using Jones plumbing. John Is excellent at what he does and very professional. I’ve had three plumbing issues in the last five months, two of them being emergencies. They came out same day and rearrange their schedule to take care of us. This is the company you want to use if you want excellent service and reasonable pricing and to be on time!

We called on them to replace some old bathroom drains that were giving us age-related problems (nearly-rusted-shut old galvanized sink drains and a rusted toilet flange, all draining into our house's only remaining sections of cast iron drain pipe). We replaced everything under that bathroom, and in replacing the toilet flange, they rebuilt a section of the floor under the toilet which had some rot. They were able to get to us quickly, I got calls ahead of time when they were coming, the job was done when promised, and while this was a big project and was thus not cheap, the work was of excellent quality. They also took time to answer any questions I had. I'd definitely use them again.

What can you say about a business so outstanding there's no room for improvement? We've used Jones Plumbing on two separate occasions. They are fast, professional and absolutely fair in their pricing. Calling a plumber can be like visiting the dentist: not without some trepidation. Rest assured that calling Jones Plumbing is always a good move.

Had our first breakfast experience here. The food was well prepared and delicious. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Hot coffee and hot tea a vailable. Looking forward to breakfast there again. The NY bagels are genuine and genuinely delicious. We took frozen ones home with cooking directions. Amazing!!

I was very happy and satisfied with the work Doug had done. Very efficient and friendly and detailed with what was going on. Would definitely reccomend and I will use them again in the future for any issue I have.

Had a cracked disposal and they sent someone out the same day. He identified the problem and went to purchase a new disposal and came back to install it. They didn’t overcharge for the job. Good work and fair price.

My grandmother is 90 years old. She called to have her toilet fixed and couldn't afford it. The owner of the company put a new toilet in and charged her nothing. She is hard of hearing so he wrote her a note. Our family wants to send out a huge thank you to this company. We really appreciate what you did for our grandma.💯. There is good people in this world.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. The quote was fast and the work was scheduled promptly. They showed up on time and never left until the job was completed even after encountering unforeseen problems with my ancient old-house pipes. Will definitely be calling again in the future.
