It's nice small desert park with different types of cactuses, waterfall, some swing branches.

A very pleasant walk above St. George with desert plants all around and wonderful views of the city below. There are signs informing you about the history of the area as well as labels of the plants you are looking at. As of this review they are currently doing a scarecrow walk for Halloween where groups and organizations have put together homemade scarecrows. Even during the day, seeing the Halloween decorations were a treat but this is a place you want to go to any time of the year.

This garden is so beautiful all year around! It's definitely a good place to check out. All the plants have markers telling you what they are. There are dinosaur tracks and swinging benches. Also, a cute little stream throughout the whole garden.

Really well developed public garden and park showcasing all types of local vegetation. Laid out really well, very clear there has been a lot of thought and effort put into it. Located right next to large red rocks with various hiking trails. Great place to walk the dogs 🐶

Wow and WOW! They always out due my thoughts here. Normally, throughout the year, we like to visit this really neat place but this time we went around Halloween time and they have it all decorated. There was alot more people this time but well worth it. It's all FREE but it was decorated with scarecrows of all different sizes and styles. And I know at Christmas time, it is decorated with all kinds of Christmas lights and displays. Such a fun adventure!

Absolutely beautiful. It's definitely worth the visit! As a nature-admirer myself, I could've spent all day here! Ada is compliant for those in wheel chairs or needing a walker. Providing lots of seating, including swinging chairs! Please go visit!!

This place was gorgeous! The different plants were incredible and we saw so many small animals. The kids absolutely loved exploring! It wasn't busy at all around 5pm. We enjoyed ourselves. Best part is that it was free and plenty of parking. We just walked right in.

A nice park to learn about the local plant and fish. Right now it is decorated for the holidays and after dark is beautiful. Admission is free.

This was a cool place to see all the different types of vegetation that grows in the desert. Everything is labeled and very well taken care of.

Great little spot to let the kids burn some energy and run around. They liked seeing all the cactuses.

The park is full of various cacti and desert plants, and of course also full of various desert creatures.

I had a fun time walking around here and seeing the variety of plants. I especially enjoyed the cacti. Even though this is right off the highway, I felt like this was a peaceful spot to enjoy the collection. The mini slot canyon was admittedly not exactly impressive to adult eyes, but I bet it would be fun for little ones. The informational signs were fun with a nice design. This is a fun space to learn a bit more about plants and nature.

This was a great place to unwind at the end of our trip. During Halloween, they have it decorated with some fun sponsored spooky themes.

We have been back since in April and May of 2023. My kids really enjoyed the garden too.

This is been the most beautiful Garden that I had visited. This is a cactus heaven. The place is immaculate. I was extremely impressed how well keep and take care of is, Everything is so clean and plants looks very healthy. Everything is labeled so you can really enjoy and learn about native plants. They have small river with small fish and 3 windows where you can enjoy the underwater view. The place have swings so you can enjoy small break and the view is pretty amazing. Hiking trail are really easy. If you get to the top you will get to enjoy a spectacular view of St. George Town and the gorgeous mountains. It is uphill but not difficult. Few parking spaces, main one is at front and the other ones are close to the Hiking trails. I was really impressed too about the operation hours, wich are fantastic so you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. If you go early you will have more time to enjoy other beautiful places. They have special holiday decorations for everyone to enjoy.
Definitely a must to go place in st. George Town.
Family friendly.
Pet friendly (kind reminder, pick up after your pet please! and keep them on a leash)
Restrooms are clean. Handicap accessible.
Free for everyone
Really close to town

Rare fish aquariums, waterfalls, slot canyons, dinosaur tracks & a rich variety of desert plants make this garden a fulfilling destination for recreation & inspiration.

Beautiful garden with an amazing variety of local drought tolerant plants. There are several single stall unisex restrooms at the entrance and a pavilion, very convenient for all visitors. There are also water fountains near the restrooms. Maps are available at the entrance which are very handy to find your way through the garden, especially during the heat of the day. There is a beautiful waterfall, steam, and dinosaur tracks located in the garden. There are bench settings and various shades areas to stop and test along the trail. Definitely worth the time to explore. Takes approximately 30-60 minutes to walk through depending on how involved you are, all of the plants have identification signs, very helpful.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. It is always beautiful and a fun place to take a walk but during Christmas it is magical at night. Great place for photos. There is a little canyon that is goegeous. It is just stunning. Parking gets a little crazy and sometimes you have to continue along the road and hike in. There is a big lot at the end of the winding road.

Outstanding place to visit. Clean and well maintained. Plant displays are excellently organized. There are even windows in an artificial slot canyon to view fish, and also dinosaur tracks.

The Garden is situated next to a red rock area that is great for family hiking, and the views of St. George from the garden and red rock area are magnificent.

I’ve been to St. George dozens of times and never even heard of this place. It was AMAZING! And what made it even more amazing is it was decorated for Christmas with lights on all the cactuses. It was a highlight of my trip. Definitely a must see! Most of the paths were paved which would make them easily accessible for wheelchairs/strollers. There were bathrooms.

Great at Night. Bring jackets and blankets. Candy canes for kids would be nice.
