David’s bridal made a disaster out of my daughter’s wedding grown. We had 5 days to clean the grown and do some kind of alterations. My daughter was so upset! Tops jumped into action and did what they could with the dress! Needless to say my daughter was no longer crying! They corrected the issue and did a wonderful job cleaning the dress (it was a rack/sample dress that people were try on had makeup all over it).

As a totally new client, I went to them for an alteration I needed on a new suit within 24 hours as I had to attend a funeral unexpectedly. They sympathetically understood my situation and made it happen and did a great job too. I have since been back for my dry cleaning needs and they've been really great. The reviews that brought me to them were accurate! Great people and great service. Highly recommended!

The politeness of staff was great but my dress is now different sizes in the front and in the back. I went in because I would be tripping over my dress and the back length is perfect but the front of my dress is still so long and I’m going to be tripping at the wedding im in. my seem in the front is now messed up.I’m just defeated and ready to cry I didn’t want to go and get alterations done in fear this is what would happen and not have enough time to go and get it fixed. I paid over $100 for a now uneven dress.
