Store is clean, convenient, and easy to find what you want. Would have given a 5, just wish 7-11 sold more healthy options.

I hate to leave a negative review. But I always love coming to this store to buy my cigarettes and drinks. I really never had a problem coming to this store until July 15th of 2022. That was a couple of days ago. I was buying my cigarettes and all the sudden, I didn't hear of how much the clerk was saying of how much do these cigarettes cost. He told me that I didn't had enough when I gave him the money. I had about 80 dollars for my 8 packs of cigarettes. Since I didn't had enough money then, I told the clerk to take a pack of cigarettes off since I didn't had enough money. But he was just standing there acting like he was out of space or something. He was just standing there not hearing me. Then I started getting nervous because of my social anxiety was acting up because of this issue. I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of other people behind me in line. Thank God I had a very nice guy that was a great customer to help me pay for my cigarettes since I didn't had enough money. That was very nice of him helping me out. I thank him for that very much. That was very nice of him helping me out. But the next time when I wanna buy my cigarettes and drinks, I'll try to go to that other 711 across the street. Maybe I won't have a problem anymore if I go to that other 711 across the street. I think that would be a lot better. So I won't have this horrible experience with this 711 store like I did on July 15th. But it's a shame because I always love coming to this store. I've been coming here to this store for about 5 years. But I can't come to this 711 store anymore. Because this 711 store I came to on July 15th scares me away. That's why it's better if I go to the other 711 across the street instead of coming to this 711. I just wanted to have better customer service the next time if I have a payment issue or any other problems.

Second shift worker didnt feel like going to the back for a smaller lid for my soda. He told me i have to make due without it. The register read exact change he sent the customer away in front of me because she didnt have exact change, then after i made a big deal he gave me change.
