Sam and his wife are two of the friendliest people you'll ever want to meet. They are honest, generous and sincerely care about their customers. It is nice to have proprietors such as them on the block. Anyone not seeing them as such is obviously just disgruntled because she could not get something for nothing

Sam is a very polite and accommodating shop owner, need something and don't feel like running to the grocery store, he's your guy!

I just found out this guys has been taking advantage of people with special needs. My daughter and her boyfriend have an intellectual disability. I have been trying to give them some freedom lately so they take walks into Phoenixville. This store is on their route so they stop and get drinks and snacks sometimes. When I asked my daughter for receipts for the past couple weeks, she was short some so I asked why.
She said the guy at the store does not give receipts. We are using receipts to teach her how to budget. Then she tells me he does not give change either. I explained to her that is not optional. When you give cash to someone at a store they have to give you back your change other wise they are steeling from you. It takes a really awful person to take advantage of people that can't advocate for themselves.
