I had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here on a Sunday morning and aside from a few minute details it was quite literally perfect. The party House greeted us at the door made sure everything was taken care of and all the kids had their player cards while Chuck-E-Cheese scared the living hell out of the birthday girl and so did the ticket blaster her big brother stepped in to come for her and take over for her at the ticket blaster event but honestly it was a great party and it was nice to be able to spend time enjoying it rather than taking care of everything the only negative comment I have to offer about the experience is that at the end of the party the workers stole the rest of my cupcakes but I'm not even sure that was done on accident or on purpose but since I never got to eat one of them I just hope whoever had them at least got to enjoy them lol in short if you're thinking about using this place for a party or something of the like definitely go ahead with it ❤

Just wish they would go back to tickets for the kids instead of the it's never enough points to get kids anything after it's over it's very pricey but cheese 🧀 made are day special just by pop up lil things matter too .....like it was back in the 90'

Food is still pizza hut pizza. You now pay for x amount of minutes of game play for unlimited games but be prepared to spend $50 for one child. They sell a piece of cake for like $10 because it is from some famous baker. Pizza combo for two was $34.

My boys love going to Chuck E. Cheese in Wilmington. The food is good, the games are fun and as a parent you know they are having fun.

My grandkids loved it even though it was empty. Seems not as fun as it use to be to me. The slide with the balls was gone.

The food was surprisingly good. Had the salad bar, plain, pepperoni, and supreme pizzas, and all were good. We went there for a nephew's birthday party and was very impressed. I had not been to a chuck e cheese in probably twenty-five years. I highly recommend this site.

We were a little late showing up for a birthday party, the manager, I believe l, was Dwayne made sure my kids got dipped and dots after we got there because they were already giving out by the time we got there. That's all they wanted or the dippin dots and he made sure they got them. It's really hard having children see other children eating things that they want so I'm so glad he was able to help. Also the ladies working at the ticket counter area where is so nice and helpful when you have three children screaming they want this and that and there's not enough tickets it's not a fun time but they made sure that the kids left with a smile on their faces which is all that matters thank you so much for all your great hospitality at this location.

We took our family gear on an early Saturday morning activity. The kids had a blast. It was clean and the workers were very kind. Alex behind the counter was very patient with our children selecting prizes.

Everything was perfect, great employees! Would do another birthday party there again , very affordable!

My son had such fun running from game to game an they had the best pizza I've had in a long time!

So happy to be back in my favorite spot. Awesome games for the grands...absolutely love the food and atmosphere

Highly Recommend!! Having never been to a Chuck E. Cheese before, I wasn't sure what to expect. As you enter, you and your family are stamped on the hand with an invisible number. When you leave, they check your hands with a black light to make sure you're number matches the people you are leaving with. We ordered our food and got the kids 60 minutes of play on cards they used at each game. The kids played while our food was prepared and to my surprise, the pizza was very yummy. The place was very clean and modernized. The staff was exceptional and engaging. They made my first experience a great one. We will be back!!!

This Wilmington location was great..it was recently renovated. We found many new games we hadn't played before. Everything was clean and working well. My only note is that it was slightly smaller than locations we have visited in the past, it seems like only 25% of the space is games. Party and seating areas are very large.

Very nice remodeled establishment. We went on a Monday my grandbabies, my daughter and I. No one was there at 11:30 am. It was wonderful. Had the whole place to ourselves. The babies, (girl 2 boy 3) had a wonderful time. Playing with the "Moveable dance floor"! (Wish I could have one installed in our house.) The dance floor had all of the Chuck E. Cheese characters on it. Every time the toddlers would move closer to the characters, they would go in the opposite direction. As if to be running away from them. That alone, Kept them occupied for a couple of hours. They had a huge video screen that played music and videos for their age group. Couldn't say enough good things about the place. Went back again on that Wednesday A lot more crowded. (Was expected) The thing I wasn't expecting was that some of the toddlers games were missing balls. And some other objects that mad it impossible to play the games!! I couldn't believe in 2 days someone was rude enough to possibly break a game and not "Report" it. Everyone was trying to play the game but it just took the card money and never gave you what you needed to pay the game. Of course everyone was running around with their children not worried about the game not working or not. It just happened to be my granddaughters favorite game. So, of course I had to go say something. I never did see anyone come over to fix the problem. We were going to have my grandson 3rd birthday party there. If this is the way it's going to be. I'm thinking twice about that too. It's a shame that some people have to spoil things for others.

had my daughter 6th bday here. the staff was pleasant and the manager (I forget her name, sorry..she was a shorter black lady) was very nice and accommodating even when we came on a super busy day. all the kids had fun and i was given the best deal and had a great time. food was great as well. I miss the animatronics but that'd just cause I'm a oldhead. lol. GREAT PLACE! A tad bit pricey but overall fun for kids

This Place was a win win to my 3 year old Grandson. He really enjoyed himself the Food was good and all the fun and games were great. The place was very clean and the employees were awesome.

It was so good I thought it would be as it was rated but no it's WAY better then I thought I would really recommend.

We just went there for the first time since it reopened. We had a great time there with the family. It was busy, the staff handled it well and with a smile. Almost all the games worked, food came out promptly, and any lines were always short . Thank you for a great day.

Great time at the newly remodeled Chuck E. Cheese. Went during a weekday and basically had the place to ourselves. Play area and restrooms were clean.
