They're closed on weekends. So if you Have a weekened delivery like we did, call before the weekened is there to see what the heck is up. They have no hours or phone numbers listed here. We were told our load was a team load and it needed to be here Saturday 1700-2300 and not a soul was here. Gate was opened. So we parked here for the weekend as all of the truck stops were packed. Figured cuz it was a holiday. But we just confirmed that they're closed on weekends.

Literally going to start a petition that Lowe’s doesn’t do business with them . Never call like they are supposed to when they 30 min out or missed the appointment out .

Best they have done is to call 10 min out .
Seems to by a XPO problem anywhere they do business so not just this location .

Overall bad company .
Lowe’s should learn to contracts independent small contractors and put deliveries obligation in their contracts that people who work hard are rewarded people who are bad can go work for XPO and continue to be unprofessional.

The worst company ever! U come early they do not accept u come late still problem! They never know how to talk with customers! Super rude people!
