I am a first time customer who was referred to this business by my daughter. Having moved here from the state of Ohio I have to get acclimated to many different things. This business this is very professional, quick service and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Carrie for assisting me in getting my car immediately serviced and thank you mechanic Catherine for the work you did on “Kermit”. I will DEFINITELY be back as a repeat customer!

Straight scammers. The exact kind of mechanic you avoid cause they have no problem lying to your face with a smile. Told me I was needed entire exhaust system replaced from the engine to the tail pipe. We agreed on brand and price. Then called me after he started working to say they had to add 200 because they forgot about the catalytic converter. After I got my car back it was still making noise so I had it looked at somewhere else, turns out they never replaced the manifold which is the first piece from the motor that we had specifically discussed, then found out the exhaust system that was put in my car cane with a converter already attached. When I called them they denied it until I told them I recorded the conversation and had the receipt they printed after the work was done that also stated I was charged for a full system replacement. His response was, and I quote, "well, we replaced 7/8 of the exhaust". So they knew it from the beginning and still lied to me several times without a hint of shame.

my opinion is that he is just looking to take the money and later that I would leave him a TV or something else that we would fix, because he says from the opportunity how much the TV costs just so that people decide to leave it to him
