Camping World

So far, my experience has been excellent which is mostly credited to Cameron Esplin salesman. When I contacted CW about the Sequence 20K camper van, Cameron was assigned to assist me. He set up a live virtual tour of the van because I was overseas. He answered my questions and what he did not know he looked up and sent details. He is clearly dedicated to exceptional customer service. His attitude and professionalism gave me confidence to make an offer and he was very helpful at closing the deal. I believe he made both the dealership and buyer (me) happy! Looking forward to thanking him and Jeremy (manager) in person.

Helped a friend purchase a livable travel trailer and Camping World was sooo helpful. They know their stuff and have everything we needed to get started.

I was treated so well and fit in last minute when my dash signals came on mid trip. Junior, Christian, Mary and Jeremy were so kind and helpful! All fixed up and back on the road within hours.

Camping World gets its fair share of marginal reviews…but I have to give props where props are due. I had the pleasure of working with their parts department, and Valerie went overboard to help. We we’re not in town long enough to order the correct part for my job…but she was able to find me a used part from the shop. I’m constantly fixing stuff from nothing, and really appreciated the out of the box approach. Thanks Val for the help!

I cannot say enough good things about the St. George, Utah store on Sunland Drive. The service is absolutely wonderful and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Amy Dunford who ALWAYS goes the extra mile to assist the patrons and with a big smile. We love everyone there but we get excited when she assists us with whatever we need. GREAT JOB AMY!

My husband and I are beginning the process of finding the perfect RV four ourselves and I am impressed so much with their sales rep Cameron E. He takes the time you need to find what is right for you. He understands it is a process and he helps with his knowledge and understanding of the various details across the board. Cameron is not pushy and that is so extremely appreciated. When we are ready to purchase we will definitely be buying from Camping World in St George Utah and specifically from Cameron!! Thank you!!

Went in on Saturday, 10-28-23 around 5pm, just to kill some time since we purchased an enclosed trailer elsewhere in town and didn't want to have dinner too early. We are not new to RVs after owning 3 slide ins, a class C, a class A, and a travel trailer. We simply enjoy looking at them and Camping World was happy to oblige.

We browsed the lot looking at various RVs and found a Cruiser RV 2000MPG that had a very similar floor plan to what we already had in our current camper. Not having any intentions to purchase, we looked at it again and salesman Paul was happy to show us around it and compare to some others. We wound up putting a deposit on the MPG and Paul stayed after closing to do the paperwork.

Throughout the entire sales process, Paul and finance guy Bryan kept in touch and were on top of things. We went in the next Saturday to pick it up and again, Paul, Bryan, and Brad (serviceman) were very professional and flexible with our schedule since we live almost 5 hours away. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and low pressure. They also fixed a couple things on the camper since it was used and winterized it for us. We were able to use the camper on our way home and couldn't be happier with the purchase.

We've had friends buy a couple campers here in the past five years and they too had great experiences. Thanks again to all of the staff that served us!

Parts dept was very helpful when I needed to find a couple of parts for travel trailer. They're expanding the lot for a better selection of RV's. Will be nice to see more options. I'll need to get a new trailer by next year, therefore I'll have a better chance of finding what I want on the lot instead of waiting for a transfer I may not like when I see it.

My wife and I just purchased a new Cougar 5th wheel at Camping World in Saint George and our experience was outstanding! From meeting RJ the minute we walked in the door to closing the deal with Mindy, every moment of this experience was tremendous! Thank you, we will love our new RV!

I came up here from Las Vegas where my vehicle was broken down to work with this location… THAT’S how good they were. Colter was amazing and really showed a passion for providing people with not only a great buying experience, but also worked hard to get me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He had to send me to another location to get my unit, and it cost him half the sale… but he showed more care and interest than the staff from the location where I actually picked up my trailer. We had a great experience at Camping World in St George. We worked w JR, Mitch and Jeremy. They were very helpful and they made buying our new 5th wheel so easy. They were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely go back to them for any of our RV needs!!!

Colter Lee, helped my husband and I with trailer’s, we didn’t know if we really wanted one. He was so helpful explaining everything about them. We finally found one we really liked! They are very helpful at camping world. And Colter is a wonderful young man.

Had a wonderful experience here at Camping World St George with the assistance of Colter Lee in purchasing my very first RV.

Absolutely wonderful and professional people work there!  Customer service is obviously job ONE.  Everyone snapped to when we came in and was eager to help us.

Even though Chris Hill, service writer, was overwhelmed because of a shortage of the other service writer (who quit) he dropped everything to ensure that we were
kept up-to-date with the progress on our extensive repairs to our Grand Design Momentum 5th wheel trailer. (Due to a  rouge tree jumping out and tearing off half of our trailer, including some of the roof, our repairs were extensive.  Both right side awnings were ripped out of the side and there was body damage to boot).

Chris was harried, yet he made every effort to assist us during the month long repair process and the whole Nielson Team made their estimated completion date!  EVERYONE dropped what they were doing to make sure that we were taken care of completely in their schedule and ours.  From the parts department, the gal behind the register, the service supervisor and Junior, the shop manager, in short everyone felt it was their job to help us which made them all part of our RV Family.

What a positive experience!  All repairs were completed in a timely manner and perfectly done!

We would not think twice about returning to NIELSEN for anything RV related.

I’m very pleased with the service that was given us as we purchased a 2024 Thor dazzle motorhome. Everything came together on a timely manner. JR Mitch and Jeremy were most helpful and explained the ins and outs and the financing and the pick up schedule should all other people worked with me as well and I appreciate their service we’ve been on for trips now with the motorhome and we love it.

Our usual experience at Camping World stores is poor. We have been looking at buying a new RV for 6 months but here at St George Camping World we were really well looked after by Colter.

He listened to what we needed and really helped us to narrow our search. We won't buy anything until we check with Colter first. Such a difference from the other Camping World stores we have been to.
