What an incredible little candy and peanut store . Currently being run by the fifth generation of candy and chocolate makers. Staff super friendly and courteous. Take your time going through the store.

Wow, I was instantly amazed at how much stuff they had. It is a home baker or confectioners dream. Many hard to find items Including spices. They had so many candies. If you want to share the joy of your childhood candies with another generation, perfect place.

A gem of a candy store! It smells heavenly in there! They make their own peanut butter and some candy. They have a lot of unique items you can’t easily find elsewhere, as well as supplies for cake decorating and home candy making. They also roast and sell their own coffee. Lots to see (and taste!) and the staff is very kind and helpful.

There is no place like Zimmerman's. A must visit if you make holiday cookies or other confectionary specialties. It is hard to find and Google Maps took me right there.

Love this place. You can taste the quality in every bite, the Candies from today and 40-50 years ago that I thought were gone forever. I highly recommend this place

Candy selection is fantastic - wax lips, candy necklaces…. All the old favorites. Even more importantly their customer service is exceptional. All questions answered- all requests fulfilled.

Went there for the first time today. It was wonderful! So much fun to see candy we remember from childhood. Even wax mustaches 😆. We bought a lot and definitely will return. The staff was wonderful, too.

I’ve lived here all my life and I did not learn about this place until about three weeks ago. I have now returned at least four times and the chocolate is amazing. My family loves this place now too and we just meet up here just to buy chocolate.

Most magical candy shop in Harrisburg! You can find all sorts of nostalgic candies, from wax lips to chocolate nips! Hundreds of varieties and BEST home made peanut butter ever!

This place has all the candies. Ones from your childhood that you can't find anywhere else. Definitely a place where you can spend all your money and leave happy.

I get my choclate fix when I go to Zimmerman because thay sale sugar free candy and that's hard to fine and not pay a arm and a leg for it

This place is a gem. Adults and children alike will enjoy a visit here. Homemade peanut butter available. Almost any candy you can think of, they offer. Baking ingredients available (ex: chocolate wafers for melting). One of the greatest features is that this is a family owned company and it shows in their staffing. I have never had an unfriendly, unhelpful person assisting me. Their prices are reasonable. Fair sugar free selection for those diabetic and/or watching their sugars. Parking can be slightly annoying, on street only, but that's the only draw to this place so it's easy to deal with. And if you like clear toy candy, they make it for holidays in different seasonal shapes, so tasty! They do accept cash and credit cards.

I have been visiting Zimmermans for over 25 years now. Of course, the endless supply and wide selection of candy is the best part, but the nostalgia is a very close second. You can't help but feel like a child when you walk in!

Love this place. Mot only is the candy really good, there's a little bit of nostalgia. They have some of the candy from years ago.
