Mikado

Love this place friendly service, food is great and reasonably priced. The chef was fun and we enjoyed having the food cooked in front of us. Got sushi and the steak and chicken Hibachi.

The portions were way bigger than I expected. Other KBBQ places I've been to give you barely enough meat for one person for $20-$30, but the pork sampler was probably enough to feed 3 peoples, so I had a lot of leftovers to take home.

Good value and great flavor! My favorites were the beef bulgogi and the marinated pork. My only complaint is that the rice was hard and dry.

On Dec. 03 2023, after a day of shopping, I had a girls night dinner with my best friend here at Mikado.
We both love sushi and agree that this is one of the good sushi restaurants in the area.
The service was great and the ambiance was as well. I especially like that we were seated next to the fish tank. Me and my friend ordered several kinds of sushi and shared between us.

I would definitely recommend.

I had to try out the restaurant where my ESL classmate, Sunny, works, so I took my family for lunch. We had a hot pot and teppanyaki special, and it was amazing! The food was scrumptious, and the service was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and left feeling completely content. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and good company. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience. We fully enjoyed the hot pot, and the sake was pretty good too!

The restaurant ambiance was fantastic, especially during the rain. I opted for the hotpot with seafood broth, enjoying a mix of meats. The broth was flavorful, and the meat quality impressed me. My only minor gripe was the basic sauce bar, which could benefit from more variety. Overall, highly recommended.

Delicious tom yum hot pot! Perfect dipping sauces to accompany and tasty tea. The server was cute and friendly, I liked talking with him.

The BEST !! You have a restaurant that offers a True Habachi tables in one room. They have a Hot pot room and then a traditional Japanese food room. Plus a well stock Bar when you walk in. The next time I'm in PA, I will definitely visit again.

I've never been to Mikado until last night, we drove past and saw a sign advertising hot pot and Korean BBQ. Normally we drive to Baltimore for hot pot, so we decided to stop in and try it. It was great!

We did the salmon and hot and spicy hot pot combos, with a few additional items added on. We also had the Beef Bulgogi for the BBQ grill which was so flavorful and turned out great. We tried a sushi roll as well, which was delicious. The prices are a little high for an option that is not all you can eat, but the portions of food provided were large and we could barely finish eating it all.

The service was incredible - our drinks were always full, our server came by multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and he even replaced some items we accidentally dropped off the table. I really hope they keep the section for BBQ and hot pot, because now we have a great option to get it locally!

The filet and fried rice was delicious. Very good portions that represent the price. The chef wasn’t as entertaining as other hibachi restaurants I’ve been to but overall it was a nice evening out.

Had a family dinner here on Saturday at 6:30pm by making a prior reservation, we got a seat on the next of fish tank of hibachi, my kids loves the fish and they are just playing with them, once we sat on the table, our server Mike took our order he is clean and polite, and also very professional, we got our drinks first and then the soup and salad of our choices, and then the sushi that what we have ordered, then after around 5mins the chef come and he is very funny guy when he was cooking he is so talented while playing with his cooking utensils and he was making fun with my kids obviously the out come of the food is also yummy, the price is also very reasonable and one thing i like our server Mike is that because even though i can see he is busy, but he makes sure to refill out drinks and water by not keeping our cups empty, i highly recommend you folks to try it if you are going on weekend make sure you make a reservation other wise you might have to wait.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Mikado, the hibachi restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff was, especially considering we had some younger kids with us who weren't always on their best behavior. Despite that, the Mikado team remained patient and made sure we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be returning!

We had the Korean bbq with the beef combo. The meat was really well prepped with lots of flavor. Lots of options were available for both bbq and hot pot. There are also hibachi tables in the other half of the restaurant.

The food and the atmosphere are great. This is by far one of my favorite hibachi restaurants. Everyone that works there is very friendly. The sushi is amazing.

The folks serving, hosting, and cooking were all super friendly and fun to be around.

The food was amazing, with some of the best fried rice I've ever had. I had chicken and shrimp from the hibachi. For sushi, I had the dynamite roll, jungle roll, and shrimp tempura. I did not like the dynamite roll as much as the other two, but it was still very good. I think that was more personal taste.

For the amount of food, entertainment, and random people you sit with that you get to talk too, the price is well worth it too.

Overall, very happy with Mikado and will definitely be back.

The food is amazing. Steak is always cooked perfectly. Price is reasonable. The chefs are amazing. Staff and friendly. I love this place. I've been here so many times.
