I’ve known and used ORT for a while now, made some small orders and all have been well.

The real testament to a company’s worth however isn't always shown during situations like that.

Recently I purchased a clutch kit through ORT from xclutch. A fairly expensive product, and I expected it to be perfect. Unfortunately the manufacturer boxed the parts incorrectly, and I was stuck with a kit that did not fit. Andrew immediately jumped in for assistance and the following day I was shipped out a complete new kit, and no real down time was had. He was very responsive, and stayed on too of xclutch for assistance, he had my back throughout the entire process. I know I would not have been helped the same had I ordered through a larger parts supplier. ORT will have my business for as long as I own a car

So many shops mislabel their inventory, so I didnt have high hopes when I emailed ORT to check their stock on a certain intake. Not only did they have it, we are pretty sure its the last one across the country AND they emailed back super fast!! Its already processed with a tracking number!! I CANNOT believe I found this intake with ORT and received such quick and friendly responses. You guys are true life savers and I will order more from you!!!!

Andrew at ORT is a good man. I have ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise and 90% of the time stuff is shipping same day or next day. In one case where I needed something in a bind, he sent it directly to the shop performing the installation (expedited shipping at no charge). For a vendor to actually pick up the phone and provide personal advice and counsel, like Andrew does, is virtually unheard of in today's world of internet orders from Amazon, ECS, FCP, etc.

His service level in this industry is unmatched..
