CVS

At the Havertown CVS Store two staff members, a pharmacy technician and a front desk lady, both went out of their way to help and advise me on my purchases. Very nice of them. I appreciated their dedication in providing excellent service and their pleasant friendly disposition was also very nice.

Liz is incredible! It’s easy to see this is a busy CVS servicing so many people and needs. Liz always goes above & beyond and helped me SO much with my CVS needs this week! She was kind, helpful, and very responsive. Thank you, Liz!

The pharmacy closes at 8 on Sunday and I was driving from 25 minutes away to pick up a prescription. I called and said "I will be there st 8:02 according to my GPS" and the pharmacy manager Ryan said don't worry we will be here, just drive safe. We got there and he was waiting to shut the gate and I overheard him say we are waiting for one more person. So not only did he stay late for me, he did for someone else as well . As a big bisibusii was surprised because he didn't have to do that at all. It may not seem like a big deal, but if I drove all the way there and missed picking up over 2 minutes, it would have been a bad night. He was so helpful and kind and these days, it was so refreshing. Thank you to Ryan, the pharmacy manager, for being an overall great person and store associate!!!!!

Five stars for Harvey and Caroline! With such a smaller staff they do a phenomenal job compared to the 24 hour stores! Congratulations!! 👑👏👏

WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF
COMPLETLEY UNDERSTAFFED!! WAIT FOR 45 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE VIA PHONE CALL AND IF YOU GO THERE, NO MATTER WHAT TIME, THE LINE IS OUT THE DOOR... due to being under staffed, stop being cheap CVS and hire the appropriate amount of personal to run the store at least some what smoothly. Or keep losing customers!

Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy! Most incompetent, good for nothing, do nothing store location ever. Not enough employees to handle their greed so everyone has to wait days for their meds.
Time to say "we aren't accepting new patients"

Terrible experience . If 0 was an option , I would have picked it up.
I went a group of 3 for vaccination. After waiting for 70 minutes , we find out that there are still 3 ahead of us knowing that we had appointments scheduled. The pharmacist was no where to be seen because he is drawing the vaccine up and doing other pharmacy business. We left and took our vaccination at another location.
