Sean and Austin are always eager to help and never ending wells of knowledge. I feel like family when I come to this store. They always take their time with me and explain in detail any questions I ask. I’m not sure what other SW stores are like…but if they are anything like the Walnut St. store…I know there are a lot of happy customers! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to helping provide painters with the tools necessary to complete a job with excellence and ease. They are always professional and uncommonly courteous and kind. I have never seen either of them with a frown or poor attitude! This will be my home store for life as long as I remain local!

Friendly and honest. Joel the manager is a delight to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. As a first time home buyer, honest and informed advice is always welcome. This place over-delivers in those departments. A+ highly recommended!

We appreciate most of the SW stores in the area. Good products and good service. But this store is exceptional in its personable, courteous, and knowledgeable service. It's wonderful having this team as allies as we serve our customers. Joel, Tab, and Anthony are great guys and very sharp as well. We love them!

It is always a pleasure going to this location for supplies. Joel and the rest of the crew are always very helpful and go out of their way to support whatever it is I am working on. If you need paint or stain matches this is my go to. Just last week they provided a stain match that is working out perfectly. Thank you for the work and the dedication.

OMG! It is by far my favorite place to shop. Joel is a pleasure to work with. He takes the time necessary to ensure that my needs are met. I don't do surveys however, This store is worth the effort. Both your paints and employees make a fine combination. Kudos to you!

This is a fabulous store! I love working with the people who work there! They are so kind and knowledgeable and make it a pleasure to do business at the Market Street store! The paint colors, quality and price are incredible too!

They always have the answers to my questions, nothing ever seems to be a problem. The paint I purchased last week was a perfect match. The only thing that disappointed me was that the sales person didn’t offer to come over to my house and paint the trim for me!
