I had my phone cleaned up after a hack. I was very satisfied with the results and I was glad to have spoken with an associate who knew exactly how to repair my phone. I will definitely go back to see her in case of a next time.

I was having a terrible day, my iPhone died and never woke up (on my birthday), I came in to get it fixed and ended up needing a new phone. David was so awesome he completely turned my day around. He was so friendly and helpful. He made the entire process quick and painless. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed visiting with him while my data was transferring. Give David a raise!!!!

Most cell phone places are busy to begin with but Maggie who works at verizon made the wait all worth it.. customer service was over the top.. she was quick efficiant and got me out there quick. She treated me like she knew me my whole life! Know what your getting ahead of time ..

Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I spent more than I wanted to but it was my choice so I cannot and will not blame them for that.

I went in to upgrade my smart phone and Javi was the guy that helped me. He was so helpful and enjoyable to be around. He didn't make me feel stupid for being technology illiterate and helped me with every question I had. Best service I have experienced at a cellular company!

Awesome service. Switched from at&t due to their horrible service. Went to this verizon store on 1st and was helped by Pheebe she took very good care of us and made buying my iphone easy. Also got the pleasure to meet the manager Johnny made sure everything was going smoothly. Funny and outgoing people working there. Looked like everyone was happy to be at work and having a good time. Highly recommend going to this store for any help.

I got great service. They had the phone I wanted and they put it on my old unlimited data plan. I was worried Verizon would try and switch my plans on me. No problem they do everything on tables so I could see my account and see them add new phone to my unlimited data plan. I got the HTC One M8 phone 32GB

To be clear.... My feelings about customer service in this day and age are a little jaded... I don't see great customer service and am wowed if I experience it.

I walked into this Verizon store (fyi not a big fan of Cellular stores or cable companies). The people that helped me were very helpful and patient with me in helping me turn in a phone (a past AT&T iphone) and upgrade (with peeling off a family plan line, and adding a ipad "line")

This is the first store that did not try to force me into the "Phone Leasing" program and allowed me to buy my phone outright.

They did a great job of listening to my requests and I left happy.

Phoebe is super awesome and helpful. She helped me find all the accessories and fun toys I needed to get the most from my new device.

Very helpful in trying to fix a dropped call problem. Hopefully that will delay us from having to buy a new phone.

The manager Arthur spent a great 35 minutes helping me out.

The Verizon store in Union gap is the best! Always been helpful to me an my family. Jose Acevedo is super nice and helpful and will come back to see him.

The customer service needs a little more effort helping customers but, I'm pretty sure they are learning.

The yakima store provides great and fast service. The general manager and Staff us súper helpful. I will recommend to friends.

The staff there is AWESOME! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
