Triple T Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

We have had such good service from Triple T. They have been coming to our house for 7 years and this visit was the one we knew was coming. For a few years our technician has given us great service and helped us make out unit last a couple extra service calls! This time we needed to replace it. Triple T is so open about what work they are doing and why we need it. They are great to give us options, but we know we can trust their opinions as well. They were able to get a new unit out quick. They stayed to make sure not only the unit was working correctly, but that we knew how to run things on the inside as well. We will recommend and continue to have Triple T service our home!

Jesse and the team at Triple T have been serving our home ever since we moved to Southern Utah, and have always done an outstanding job. Incredibly kind and professional, informative, quick, and great customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Initially we had a problem with the machine we were sold and they went out of their way to make it right. A big purchase can be nerve wracking all the more when it isn't working perfectly. But Corbyn and Garret worked very hard to get it working great and we couldn't be happier with the integrity this company showed in backing up not only it's products but it's service as well. This is how you turn a potentially bad experience into a great one.

my furnace quit working. called two companies for recommendation . first guy said no way to get it to work without spending 3400.00 or replacing.
Garett came out and fixed it for 118.00! Although many things are wrong he was honest and professional! We know the life span is getting close ! Because of Garret we called the sales rep for a quote on a new system! highly recommend these guys! They are honest and have integrity

Triple T - Garrett was amazing this morning. Explained everything to me that was done to my furnace -- offered a
protection device in case the furnace leaked. I had him install one -- I would rather do prevention than repair. A great company,
great staff -- I am one very satisfied customer and have been

Services were great! We had not had our Summer home heating systems checked out in over 5 years. Garrett the technician showed up early, was always very professional and did great work. Offered, without pressure, additional services most of which I declined without fear. Fee's were what had been committed to when the appointment was made. Great services and definitely going to maintain an annual service contract going forward.

Wow! Fantastic experience with Kayden. He was able to diagnose and solve the issue in our house very quickly. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty and was a pleasure to have around. My kids even loved hanging out with him!

Corbin is awesome. He tested every area of our furnace, fixed a couple of potential problems, and made some recommendations. He’s friendly and talks us through all the details. The furnace is nearly 20 years old. Triple T always does a great job servicing our HVAC systems.

We are quite happy with the experience we had with Triple T. Garrett did a great job with the humidifier, however, he identified an issue with the shut off value. We decided with that issue, we should have a review of the plumbing and Kadin arrived to do a very thorough job. He recommended a few corrections, which we felt were appropriate. In the course of the discussion, we asked about a tankless water heater since regular water heater was over 8 years old. Kadin did an excellent job of explaining everything and we decided tankless was a good investment. There was a slight hiccup with the installation BUT the response to the issue was exceptional and within 24 hours, we were back in action. Kadin was a delight throughout. We can see why Triple T has earned a reputation for customer service on top of competent employees. Thanks for everything.

This was my initial Plumbing maintenance visit by Kadin Carson combined with an initial HVAC maintenance visit by Jesse Tanner. Both Kadin and Jesse were on-time, professional, and friendly. I had some questions about proper maintenance and operation which they carefully and clearly answered. They were efficient and did not rush through their respective inspections. I felt very confident that I got a complete inspection and am very comfortable knowing that my systems are tuned and operation at peak efficiency. Great service!

I would recommend Triple T. My water heater went out. I called in the morning and they had someone out within a couple of hours. They took care of the warranty with the manufacturer and got my water heater repaired. Every service I have had from them has been a fantastic experience. The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.

Garrett and Cameron came out quickly and did a great job. I woke up to no heat with a 59 degree house and little kids to keep warm. They were professional, fast, efficient, and fair in pricing. I highly recommend triple t and technicians Garrett and Cameron!!!

Kadin came to look at my garbage disposal and went above and beyond. He took his time to be thorough. He advised me about a burnt outlet I didn't know about and offered for someone to come check it for free. He also answered my questions about my HVAC and water heater and gave me great advise. Definitely reccomend Triple T!

Kadin from Triple T Plumbing and Heating came to look at our water heater. We had been noticing that the water wasn't as warm and there was a strange film on the glasses from the dishwasher. Well, the thermostat on the water heater had failed. We were desperate.....we had to heat water on the stove for dishwashing... but the worst was .....no showering!!
Well, Kadin located the part, and the best part was, it was still under warranty!! We are so thankful for the awesome service he provided.
I am so indebted to Triple T Plumbing. Their service was the best, and the service fee was more than fair.
Best of all, we have hot water now!
