Green Forest Apartments

I recently moved into Green Forest Apartments, and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The managers, Heather and Robin, are very sweet and they have been helping me out. The staff is very professional, kind and extremely helpful.

Been here since 2016 i love that the grounds are well maintained daily trash removal building cleaned once a week 24hr surveillance great lighting and improvements every year very safe. Heather and Robin have been great office managers they will get your issues resolved if you have any

I did have a bug problem for about two months last summer but the exterminator got rid of them quick. I have a bed and a den for 1 grand, which is insane considering how big the apt is. I was worried because it’s technically Chester but It’s super quiet, the tow guy does his job. Everyone works and minds their business and the ladies in the office are super nice and responsive. The landscapers keep it looking nice. Nobody even steals my packages, they’ll place it inside the apt door or actually put them on my door mat for me. I HIGHLY recommend

Green Forest is a really good option for an apartment. Working with Heather in the office was such a pleasure. She made the rental process so streamlined, even with all my questions, and having to relocate from out-of-state.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Green Forest Apartments. My daughter has lived here for the past 3 years and she loves it. When I visit my daughter I never have any problems with parking or with her neighbors, everyone that I have encountered are very friendly and the environment always feels safe and secure. I am now actually moving to Chester and I chose to live in the Green Forest Apartment Complex with my daughter. The manager Heather is friendly, kind and supportive and answered every one of my questions with patience and virtue. I mentioned a minor issue in my daughter's apartment and Heather had the work order put in immediately and the problem was resolved by the end of that day. My application was approved within 48 hours and I was able to view my potential apartment within that same week. I have looked at many apartments to rent, but none of them offered a two bedroom/1 and a half bath with the amount of space that this apartment complex has for the low price that I will be paying each month. I am so excited to be moving into my new home next week. I know that I will enjoy every moment of it.

I have lived here for several years. Ramiro is always there. The office girls are the sweetest and make me feel like I am part of the family.

I'm not even going to lie. After looking at some people's reviews on this place and the few bad personal experiences. I was skeptical on looking into here. However, with many of the great reviews I've seen. I decided to get my own opinion and I've got to say, I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call. I was greated by Heather who was very pleasant. I was calling about a viewing I had the following week. She was so kind and able to do a same day viewing. Which was much more convenient for me. Once at the viewing. She was very nice and patient. She explained to me about the whole process and gave me a play by play on what to expect. I'm in the process of applying now and hope it all works out. Because it seems this would be a nice place to move.

My husband and I lived at green forest for a year and we were very happy. Heather as well as the workers of the building were always very nice and helpful to us if we needed anything. The grounds were always kept nice and cleaned up everyday by the workers. I felt safe there as no one ever bothered us the entire time we lived there, neighbors were all very friendly too.

Green Forest Apartments is very professional and absolutely awesome!!.....Open floor plans, cool management, on site laundry and trash collection. I like the fact that if you have an issue with parking, plumbing, security, etc, management takes care of it right away. Most importantly, We have only lived there for two months and the management team made Mom and I feel like family.....5 STARS!!

I've had no problems so far except the usual ones that are there when you first move in. Otherwise, it's all good.

Lived there for 2 yrs loved it there big apartments and if I had a problem maintenance took care of it right away office personal always helpful.

Have only good to say happy to call this place home. Close to everything while quiet and relaxing.
