New Leaf Chinese & Japanese Cuisine

Good place for Asian food around the area. Came here for work and decided to check it out. Food was good, filled me up nicely. Service was great the Asian ladies were very helpful.

Great food, take out order came together quickly

Big shrimp, really liked the shrimp dumpling soup and garlic eggplant. The seafood delight, beef chow fun were good too

The walnut shrimp and sweet and sour chicken was a bit too heavily breaded for my taste

Dan Dan mien was peanuty and spicy

Green onion pancake too deep fried, but people liked that

This place is truly a delight. The menu is generous, the food is fantastic, the orders come very quickly, and the real star of the show is the service. The wait staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They have the best scallion pancakes I’ve had in a very long time. New Leaf has become my favorite Asian restaurant in this area!

We have a great experience every time we eat here! The staff is so incredibly sweet and friendly! The food is always wonderful and it’s a very clean and inviting place to eat! We usually get sushi and pad Thai, then try something new with those each time. The sushi rolls are priced very well and are a good portion. Such a great restaurant!!! We usually come here on Saturdays for dinner.

Just moved into the area and couldn't find a good restaurant with real authentic chinese food until I came across New Leaf. The food is always great and I am never disappointed, price is fair, parking outside & the customer service has always been pleasant. Would recommend this place to anyone who lives around the area looking for real authentic chinese food without having to go into chinatown.

When I am in town I try to go here at least once, every time and I am always happy.
I got the “Dry pepper Chicken” I asked for it extra spicy and it was perfect.

So the place that used to be here had also been a favourite place, so I was sad to see it go, but I had to give this place a try. I mean, I can never turn down sushi.
We made a reservation for my birthday and I'm glad we did, it was packed. It did empty out though near the end. I ordered two things of sushi, some shumai, and dumplings. My dad ordered the wonton for two and I forget what else and my mum ordered a green bean dish and a dish that has chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables in it. My only issue was my parents got their main courses and I had to wait maybe five more minutes for my sushi. But I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it was busy and I ordered two specialty rolls. My parents made a bigger deal out of it than I did because I know making and rolling sushi takes time. Plus it was busy.
For dessert my mum and I ordered the chocolate mousse and my dad ordered the Creme Brule. The chocolate dusting of a fork on the dish was weird, but I found it funny and unique. The desserts were heaven.
The wait staff was super nice and the owner is really cool. He came and chatted with us for ten or so minutes.
We came back the next week and all our appetizers came out at the same time and all our entrees, including my three orders of sushi, came out at the same time. We went around 5pm for the second dinner and it hadn't gotten packed yet.
My only complaint, I got the tea with bubbles and the bubbles were horrible. The tea was also super strong so I had to mix in more water to weaken it. But I also don't like super sweet and strong teas, so the tea might be fine for someone else, but for me it tasted bad.

My favorite Chinese restaurant! I always enjoy eating here!

Everything tastes fresh and the service is pretty good! Best General Tso's around, crispy yet still meaty and never soggy! Wonton soup has lots of flavor and they use the smaller wonton dumplings. Even the fortune cookies are the half chocolate biscuit kind! Really good!

I’m giving 5 stars because the food is amazing and everyone should try! We went Christmas Day and it was extremely busy with one waitress literally running all around the restaurant. She was sweet as can be but we felt awful for her. Every table was taken when we left and people were waiting at the door. Whoever the owner is should give her a humongous raise because she handles it like a champ. Dec 25, 2022

Everything is so good! Japanese and Chinese meals are both amazing. I love their sushi, hot and sour soup, and udon noodle dishes best.

Food is to die for!!!! The coconut shrimp are my favorite of any restaurant I’ve been too! My wife says the sushi is fantastic as well.

My husband & I shared the crab rangoon. They were excellent! I ordered the chicken lo mein. It was good!! My husband ordered a large bowl of special won ton soup. It had shrimp, beef, lo mein noodles, bok choy, mushrooms, etc in it. It was very good! We will definitely come back!!

Food was good. apps were a little overpriced as were the drinks but that would not stop me from going here again. All the food was delicious though. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was nice.

Omg! My first time ordering here on Christmas Day and the food was amazing ! Everything was packed neatly and presented well to be take out. I had the shrimp rolls, shrimp wonton soup, and shrimp fried rice and I’m so glad I ordered from here.
