From the start the staff at this helped me through my cell phone dilemma. I'm dealing with physical ailment that's made my everyday life difficult and pain filled. First, I needed a new phone and a new plan. My previous prepaid phone was destroyed from frequent drops. Tom helped me find a quality phone, got me a good plan and armored up the phone.
Tom and I agreed I needed insurance. Then 6 months I later after I dropped my phone hundreds of times, I dropped it one more time. This time at the wrong angle. The phone was broken. An Insurance claim was processed, paid the $50 deductible and next day I got a new phone.
From the start this TMobile location treated me with respect and helped me find a great phone for a good price and a good plan for me. Every time I visited this store the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm definitely going back there.

We had the pleasure of working with Chris , He was very respectful and knowledgeable of the products. He took his time and helped us with picking the right phone 📱 for our needs. We walked out with a smile on our faces.

Today, I took my friend to this T Mobile. A year ago, my husband and I had a fabulous experience with Talia, the sales representative, who had helped us purchase new phones. I was so impressed with Talia that I made sure she was still at this location before I brought my friend to the store to switch over to Verizon. Talia did not disappoint. Her professional demeanor and knowledge of the company is exceptional. Her treatment of us, as senior customers, was patient and respectful, answering every question that we asked her. Because of Talia, I have referred three other families to T Mobile. What a great experience and an excellent company!

I met one of the reps, Gary who was very helpful & patient with me throughout the process of my concerns with my current phone issues & to discuss a possibility of getting a new phone replacement. He took the time to write info on a notepad as to make sure nothing was misunderstood. That’s the kind of service I appreciate!

Tallia (sp) and Christopher were so patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to explain how to transfer everything from a chip to a phone with no chip. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!!!

Denzel has great customer service skills. He is very friendly & personable. He reminds me of when I used to work in retail. Helping multiple people @ the same time & always smiling. Very knowledgeable too! I’ll be back to this location.

Store was prepared for social distancing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait not a big deal. Happened to be crowded this day, parking was the biggest problem, small parking lot. Also saw this on the way out.

The store was busy and our sales rep Edison was a superstar!! When it was our turn, he was extremely knowledgeable about the products, he was recommending products we needed and letting us know that we grabbed some accessories that we didn’t need either. Wow! At the same time he was fielding phone calls and questions from his associate in training, all without making us feel like an afterthought. Give this man a raise!!

I was there for a little over 2 hrs but definitely not a bad situation the t-mobile worker there jumped over hurdles to resolve my issue. I'm grateful and will have no issue doing all my t-mobile business at that location, plus it's literally around the corner from my new home.

Place was great, we were here twice today two different guys helped us and nailed it. Didn't even come in to make a purchase, and they were still polite and quick to help us.

Went with a friend who was purchasing a new phone. The salesman, Francis, was knowledgeable and copied Contacts from her old phone to her new one. Quick and seamless experience.

The sales people are always welcoming and extremely helpful! I have been visiting this store for my purchases for almost 2 years now and I have always been assisted by awesome staff.
