I placed an online order for two cases of diapers, but they only had one. Employee Patrick who was pulling and bringing mobile orders out went above and beyond to make sure I still got the gift card my original purchase qualified for! Great customer service! Thank you, Patrick!

Item was placed in wrong spot with wrong price. Took picture of the items, then went to customer service for assistance & was given the item at that pricing. Customer Service was excellent at Springfield Target.

If I could leave a a separate review of the store and the employees I would. The store itself would get 2 MAYBE 2.5 stars. It was incredibly empty with freight boxes all over the place. Incredibly difficult to find anything that’s supposedly “in stock” when it’s all in freight boxes scattered through the store, not even in the correct sections.

BUT the real reason I’m even writing a review is because of Erica Lynn and Sabrina. I sent those girls on a wild goose hunt for fluffy Halloween pens. This store was the only one in the entire region that said they were in stock. Those two ladies took 20 minutes looking for those pens for me and I am incredibly grateful for it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for Erica Lynn and Sabrina. You guys made my absolute day!!

I came in today around 9:40 am I just brought me a dog and I don’t know anything about it was so confused but as I was shopping in the pet department and young women named Sabrina came over and seen him ( yes I had my dog in my bag lol ) but anyway she stopped and gave me so much info on my dog and what to get for him and what was best you would have thought I went to petco or pet smart with the knowledge she gave me I forgot I was in target for a min but I wanted to give her a big shoutout and thank you so much she really just made this much easy for me

Great store and Great staff with perfect customer service skills. Good staff members that want to help out customers, makes such a big difference on wanting to shop at this certain Target location.

Ordered items online for pickup, was done in a great time, didn't have any issues and the employee that brought my items out was very nice and had excellent customer service

I came to the Springfield store on Baltimore pike around 630 pm. I waited 35 minutes before someone came to my car with my purchases. The pickup person was very rude and was even cussing as he put my things in the car. No sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting, just an attitude and cussing. I will not be doing another pickup order from this target for a while. It should never take that long to pick up my order. I missed going to get my prescription because of the long unnecessary wait.

I love this store cuz I always get whatever I'm looking for at this location. They never disappoint me when I go shop here 😂😊

The experience from start to finish was great. I highly recommend Target for online and in store shopping.

They have deals everyday. Spend $100 on baby items such as wipes, pampers and pull ups you’ll receive a $15 gift card back. Store is always neat and clean. Items are easy to find at a reasonable price.

I want to give a shout out to Roxanne... I hope someone will let her know! I was getting a Target Gift Card and her lane had just closed. She motioned me to come and was so pleasant and helpful even when her lane was closed. That says something about her. I miss the cashiers. They bring a certain personal attention and kindness to the customers. Thanks again Roxanne for being so kind and helpful.

I just want to commend Shana in the hair and skincare department. She was extremely willing to help and very knowledgeable. She made shopping there very comfortable. A friend and I came in Friday evening 5/5/23 ,found what we came in for went to check out,Long line/ one cashier that's the norm these days but that one cashier (his name is Bruno) was polite and still asked about the credit card and he treated everyone with curtosy and was holding down the fort and no one felt rushed or brushed off .Bruno job well done I work retail and know that feeling of panick but Bruno taught me something without even knowing it .Thanks Bruno you get 5 stars .(period)

Although it was super busy & I am certain the employees wanted to be home to prepare for Christmas, everyone was pleasantly helpful, patient, and in good spirits. I did not feel rushed or like I was being a hassle for last minute shopping!

Always a great experience at Target. Employees are friendly, never complain and are obviously well treated. Target is really the best retail store around and we love the curbside pickup option!
