Friendly staff and efficient service. i wait while the car is being serviced and the waiting area is great with sockets for plugging devices in and if you didn't want to wait, they also provide a shuttle service. Been going there for the last 6 years since I bought my car and am very happy. Definitely recommend!

This review for Mr. Archie Gibbs in the service department is long overdue. Mr. Gibbs has provided me excellent service every time I have come in to have my car serviced. He is attentive, patient, and very thorough. One of the main reasons I come to this particular Toyota dealership to have my car serviced is because of Mr. Archie Gibbs.

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Central City Toyota for some repairs, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. When I walk in, Brian greets me warmly. What truly impressed me was Mr. Haberle's dedication to ensuring that the job was done right. Not only was the service exceptional, but the turnaround time was also impressive. My car was ready sooner than expected, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have my remote key working again, thanks to the help of Brian, Jamie and the team at Central City Toyota.

I received excellent Service at Central City Toyota as usual. My car was towed to this Facility and Mr. Archie Gibbs, my Service Representative, efficiently secured a Car Rental that I needed over the weekend. My Rav4 was worked on and a New Alternator and New Battery with a Warranty were efficiently installed by the Mechanics. The Service and Friendly Greetings by all those dealing with Car Repairs is Wonderful.

I have been coming to this dealership for the past few years since I've lived in Philadelphia. They are awesome! The service advisors are knowledgeable, have good communication, and set clear expectations about timing for repair completion. Brian even helped me out this past week when one of my headlights randomly stopped working- he found a loose wire and fixed it in literally 30 seconds. Highly recommended!

I always feel like I’m treated special like family. My loyalty to Toyota has made my visits to Toyota feel like visiting a friend who will treat me extra special. They never let me down and they have gone above and beyond when things seem grim. Recently my car was totaled and it only had 39,000 miles on it. I’m a home infusion nurse. They made everything easy, from getting the car towed, they got me a rental, discussed getting a new car and now I’m driving my new 2024 Corolla hybrid. They held me up through all of this minimizing the stress in what had just occurred. Big Kudos to Jamie Haberle and Rick Roy. They held me up through this whole unfortunate experience.

Great full for the sturdiness of the car frame which protected us from bigger injuries.

Just bought my 2018 RAV4 from Central City Auto. Chris was my salesman and he and the rest of the staff were super transparent and accommodating to what I needed! They were great at answering my questions and helping me find what I was looking for usage—wise and budget-wise. I got a great deal and am looking forward to buying my next vehicle with them.

I came in today for a routine maintenance. I had my Corolla for about 7 years with no intent on trading her in. But, thanks to Maurice..I left out of Toyota in a new whip! He is such an amazing salesman. Very knowledgeable and does not try to get over on the customer. The process was quick and easy going. I love my new car. 🩷🙃

I have been going to Center city Toyota for years and David Ragland has always been my go to service rep. He gives AAAAMAZZINNNGG Customer service from beginning to end. The other staff are super nice and David makes sure they take good care of me at all times.

I have a 2009 Toyota van that is still running due to this Toyota. They always take good care of me! Josh at the front desk always explain everything to me so throughly. He is patient and makes sure the technicians understands my need.

When you come to this location ask for Josh and he will take care of you. If you are looking for a new car ask for Rick. I have brought 3 cars and I have no issues with my car due to this location. The service team and sales team is amazing but definitely Josh and Rick!

We drove one of our vehicles down to Philly from MA for our daughter in grad school and needed to get it registered and inspected. In MA you can get an inspection sticker at almost every gas station without an appt, not so much in PA. You need an appt at a garage and it takes a lot longer to complete than in MA. We were only down for a couple of days and scheduling an appt was proving difficult until I called Central City Toyota. They inspected the vehicle on short notice and Brian McDaid couldn't have been any nicer. Brian suggested a couple of extra items that weren't needed for the inspection but needed attention. Brian wasn't pushy when we told him we were short on time and couldn't go for the extra service, which I really appreciated and that alone will bring us back!

We also wanted to check out the Service Dept at Central City Toyota in case the car needs service and we were very impressed with the facility. I feel much more comfortable sending my daughter to the dealer for service than trying to find an independent and Central City Toyota will be that place for sure. Their waiting facility was immaculate and very comfortable, and they also have a shuttle service if you don't want to wait!

I went in Central City Toyota, looking for a great deal. Maurice Ross, their representative, was very professional, helpful and patient in getting me what I wanted. I traded in my car for a better price than places I researched and walked (drove) off with a nice brand new 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE hybrid - the car I wanted with all the features I desired.

I really like my new vehicle. It drives smoothly and best of all, I will be saving a lot of money on gas.

Brian fixed a recall on my car quickly, and Jamie went above and beyond to help expedite the process to get my recall noted in Toyota's system so I was able to import my car to Canada as soon as possible. As a new car owner, I was nervous heading in to an unfamiliar dealership, but the whole team at Central City made me feel respected, and I could tell they wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. Husband and I came in with the idea of what we wanted. Lito was very helpful answering all our questions with transparency about the process and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He listened to our requirements and showed us the inventory right away. The process was smooth. We walked out with our very first vehicle, our RAV4, extremely satisfied.
