I was having some extra anxiety about having a tooth pulled today.The team at University Dental Care showed me so much kindness. Such as preparing me for everything to expect in advance, encouraging me when I ended up crying anyways, and most of all reminding me to take deepth breathes throughout the procedure. I've had some real bad experiences at the dentist. This was by far the best. Oh! And I also got an awesome pen gifted to me as well! 😉

The employees were very professional and courteous. Dr. Mayfield was very good with his skills. I would recommend your services to family and friends for the future University Dental Care thanks for all you do.

Just have to share what a positive experience I have had with Melody at University Dental Care. My husband was in a great deal of pain and she was so helpful to work him in on a holiday weekend. So nice and caring. A true example of excellent customer service!! Bravo Melody!!!

I love...love ..love... University Dental. The staff is very helpful. Evey visit I'm greeted with a smile. Melody is soft spoken, but she is the biggest sweetheart and she gives the best hugs. She is very understanding and easy to talk to. The new Dr was very helpful and knowledgeable and very very very easy on the eyes. He is fine. He did take care of me and I greatly appreciate him and his team.

OMG I LOVE THIS OFFICE!! This was my 1st visit and the staff is AWESOME!! Melanie and Christina welcomed patients with a smile. My hygienist, Ms. Debbie was amazing. Explaining everything she was doing and why. And she is funny!!!! When her assessment was done she called in Dr. Mayfield and Wow he looked everything over and immediately set up a treatment plan. I'm so glad I chose this office as my last DENTAL OFFICE!!!!

Last Friday, I started having mild tooth pain; I got through the weekend, and first got up early this morning to go to a different dentist, only to find out that they were not accepting any more walk-ins. When I got back home, I typed in dentists close to me.; I called the first number that came up on my screen. She told me that they could see me later today. Little did I know that I was five minutes away! I pass this dental office everyday!! CAN WE ALL SAY, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The front desk "Queens" were very professional and not cranky, or narcissistic, like other dental offices that I've visited. The dental hygienist was a very goodhearted person! Her energy was very loving. The dentist came in and saw that I had a fractured tooth, and suggested that he pull it. It took a while, but he got it done. I think I was more afraid than anything because I have a great fear of THE DENTIST OMG!! 🤯 My entire experience was amazing! I'm thankful that they did not make me wait until another day! THANK YOU ALL!

The customer service was awesome when making my appointment. I was able to get seen the next day. The hygienist was so friendly and understanding of my concerns. The DR was honest and gave me the best option for getting a tooth pulled. I will be back and recommend them to others.

From the receptionist, to the nurse , then the dentist I will give them all 5 star+!!! This is by far the best dental office I have been in. Very clean. I've been going to University Dental for a few years now and I continue to be impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. They always take time to make sure everything is explained clearly, and they have answered every question I've had, and plenty of others I hadn't yet thought of. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands there.
