Our hot water heater stopped working and and I called Feehan Plumbing. They had a cancellation and a tech was available to come to our house within an hour. He trouble shot the heater and got it fired up again. The HWH tripped off again later that afternoon, after business hours. The answering service forwarded my message and I got a call back from Tommy Feehan. He explained that the HWH should be replaced as it was 13 years old. He emailed me a professional estimate with a reasonable price and a credit for the first service call. He scheduled the job for the first stop the next morning. The two techs did a great job and they even put down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean. Bravo Zulu. Also Feehan Plumbing replaced our main sewer line when we sold our old house 4 years ago and did a great job!

We have worked with Feehan Plumbing for many years and they have always been professional and a pleasure to work with. Recently, my husband called them when our hot water heater stopped working. Two young men were at our front door the next morning at 8 am to replace it. The work was completed in a few hours. Feehan’s prices are competitive, the crew explains the job well and they show up on time.

Been using this company for years. They've done everything from relatively minor toilet repairs to helping me with the plumbing on complete bathroom renovations, as well as emergency repairs to burst pipes. Fair pricing, knowledgable employees. Always respectful of my property, polite and informative. Wouldn't consider another company for my plumbing needs.

Keith came out for a problem that turned out to be a faulty water meter. Keith was very patient as we tried to replicate the issue. Once diagnosed, there was nothing he could fix. He didn't charge us. Definitely calling Feehan back to do follow up work. Old fashioned customer service! Thank you.
Update:
Called Feehan again for a very loud noise coming from boiler area. Turned out to be a circulator pump with just loose bolts. Scott was a great technician who diagnosed and fixed, and even made sure to add some water to the system. And get this: they are going to send me a bill! Oliver would have over charged me for a new pump and made me pay on the spot.

I have worked with Tom Feehan for years, and he is one of the most reliable professional people that I know. His partner Scott Edelman is excellent also. When my pipes burst on Christmas day, they stayed in contact, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired by early morning on the 27th. Scott also let me know to contact AQUA to replace the water meter which was destroyed by the weather. I recommend their business without reservation, as well as with gratitude! 🤓

So thankful for this company coming out not one but 2 days in a row to trouble shoot and fix my furnace before the HUGE winter storm. The Tech was very informative and nice and made sure he got the 2 new parts we needed and had it repaired before it started snowing. Very happy that I wasn't charged for the tech just coming out to look at the problem like the majority of these local HVAC businesses do. I actually paid for my issue to be fixed. Thank You SO MUCH!

They timely replaced my tankless hot water heater, and returned to add a necessary valve. Just recently, I had a leak in my sink, and they arrived same day and made a quick repair. Very happy with their service.

I had a plumbing emergency with the water shut off to my home. I called for emergency service at 3 pm in afternoon and Keith came within 15 minutes. Keith was knowledgeable and prepared. He had a 3/4 inch Pro-Press valve and installed it within 15 minutes for a water tight repair. He charged me a one-hour minimum, which was a bargain for my emergency.
Feehan Plumbing installed my tankless Navien water heater more than 9 years ago and it is still working flawlessly.

Colin came to my house and did an amazing job. He was on time, explained things to me very quickly and in a way that I could understand as a non-plumber. I definitely recommend Feehan Plumbing if you are looking for a company that is upfront with you and affordable.

Mr. Feehan not only understand my wanting to replace my standard water heat with an on demand system, when the initial wiring did not prove to be sufficient he sent his prime electrician to replace it, in a timely fashion.!
