Anytime you need a funeral home you are going through a difficult time. Andrew and everyone else at Bowser Minich were amazing. We did not have contact with anyone who didn't go above and beyond what we needed. The compassion, concern and general willingness to help us was truly amazing. In addition to the initial help, they are continuing to reach out to offer whatever help we may still need. I would give them more than 5 stars. They walked us through our loss in a very compassionate way.

I needed them in a surprised passing of my mom, Andy and the team answered all my questions, were able to help anyway they could. The vault they painted purple because I could not get purple in the casket that was picked. It was a nice surprise. They helped so much! I can't express my gratitude enough, even when I didn't know which end was up. The passion that they had for details was remarkable.

While some of my saddest memories are from here, so are my thoughts on the compassion and kindness they provided in a time of the sadness. The owner and directors seem to go above and beyond to make sure the family and visitors are met with dignity and respect. The facilities are very clean and welcoming even during the trying times. Again I can't thank them enough for the help they provided my family and the compassion they showed us. Everyone deserves to leave this world with dignity and they definitely help with that. They also were not pushy about cost and upselling. They heard our families wishes and helped provide it. I wouldn't and don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in search of services needed.

Andy, Rebecca and their staff are absolutely the best. They helped us with every detail of my Mother and Father’s funeral and gave us good advice throughout our difficult time. They went the extra mile every single day to make sure we had everything completed and handled properly and did it all with big hearts and willing hands. No sales pitch or made up fees just knowledge help and common sense decisions. You won’t regret putting the hardest time in your life into the experienced and caring hands of Bowser-Minich.

We could not have asked for a better, more caring experience. From the first phone call, Andrew and Rebecca and their staff were so kind and helpful. Not only did they answer every question and help with every decision, they anticipated things that we did not. Our family would highly recommend them to any family in our position.

My beloved dog who was like a son to me passed away this week I brought him here to be cremated the staff was nothing but nice and respectful and took very good care of him I got a paw print and hair clipping and a beautiful urn for him all in all they are great people that made a very difficult time alittle easier ...thank you again

$270 and the ashes came in a plastic bag? What a freakin' racket. First and last time going here. How disrespectful is it to charge so much and then put someone's pet's remains in a plastic bag and say "here you go" after charging them that amount? Ridiculous and shameful. Do not take your pet here.
