Flame broiled. Need I say more? Actually the food here is. Staff is friendly and service was quick. No complaints.

Legitimately the only place worth going to here in Washington for fast-food. They're always polite, the food is fresh whenever I order, and I never have a problem when I order. Thank you guys for the great customer service and making a customer want to come back, this kind of service is unheard of these days.

This place was very kind to me. There were 2 occasions where they really helped me and made my day. Once it was because I didn’t have enough change so an employee paid for me. And the other time, I hadn’t gone to Burger King for a while and I forgot they started charging for ranch. They gave me a break for that too and didn’t charge me. I love the mocha iced coffee only because it tastes more like chocolate milk and it gives me more energy then other iced coffees. In general i love their food. And the prices they offer . Always got the nuggets with ranch. I liked the way they both taste.

Clean, pleasant staff, however, I ordered onion rings, & she charged me for fries & I got fries. Just lived with it, didn't bother to correct it.

This restaurant was immensely clean, the food was served quickly and hot, and the staff were very kind. I was impressed by the cleanliness.

I like BK, the staff was delightful. I visited this particular store about 15 years ago and t was absolutely disgusting I swore I would never go in there aGAIN. it is really nice now. I TOLD THE SAFF ABOUT IT, AND ONE PERSON WORKED THER SINCE SHE WAS 17 AND SAID SHE RMEMBERS THAT. I also like that they have pictures posted of our veterans.

They have done an excellent job during the quarantine. Always friendly and aiming to please just as when they were open for dine in. Great job Sheila, Gina, and Cheryl. For always going the extra mile. Also all the other managers and staff, to many to name all of you. Thank you all for g3ing the extra mile for your customers. God Bless..stay safe. I watched employees help people that need help to get the food to their table and even go above by meeting people with canes and etc. in the doors and to their table. One day a lady in her 90's could hardly walk, she was walking with a cane and not only did the manager, Sheila go outside to meet and greet her but helped her inside and when food was ready she helped her outside and helped her in the car and handed her her food once inside of car. Employees all are friendly, helpful and respectful...at lunch time when we are there..Thank you for awesome service...Jefferson Ave.Washington..Pa.

Food was hot, workers were friendly, very quick in drive though!

The fastest service I ever seen, paid for my food and was handed it seconds later. They got flash in the back whipping it up

Awesome service at this location. Tried the impossible burger and they made sure to get my toppings correct also greeted with a pleasant attitude and said thank you before I drove off which honestly is hard to find people pleasant in fast food now a days! Really enjoyed this location! Will be returning

Food was hot and fresh, fountain drinks mixed to perfection, restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. 10/10 will stop here again.

I've heard others complaining about this place, I've always gotten great service, fresh food and they're actually fast. I think they've upped their game, I think new management has taken over in the past few years. I'd tell anyone else that might feel this way in the future to give them another chance :)

It's gotten A lot better since they hired that General Manager, BSue, I think is her name. Great Service, Hot food. The better of the Burger Kings in Washington area.

It was fine. They asked me to pull up and would bring my order out when the fries were ready. That was ok as I like my fries hot. They brought my order to the car and everything was hot.

Love this place at least the mid day shift they all ways treat you with respect. Lisa waited on us. You need to give her a raise she's always doing something waiting on ppl cleaning

Just stopped in for some lunch. The restaurant was clean, the service awesome and I appreciate their salute to the military!! Hats off to the workers at Burger King on Jefferson Avenue washington pa!!

It was wonderful, the girl that waited on us was so friendly. As we are eating she is cleaning tables and signing Christmas music. Best experience ever at Burger King. God bless her.

Walmart was great except they don't have a deli and a very selection of produce. Shop n save was a big disappointment. They have very poor customer relationship. Don't know if I will go back again
